Welcome to my beautiful designer two-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of London's prestigious Royal Borough of Kensington&Chelsea, on a private garden square. Lexham Gardens is located to the south of High street Kensington and therefore benefits from the excellent shopping and transport facilities of the area. Very nearby are the beautiful open spaces of Kensington Gardens, Holland Park and Hyde Park. The flat is only a few hundred meters from the Natural history museum, Victoria and Albert museum as well as the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Palace, the former home of the late Princess Diana and now Prince Williams and the Duchess of Cambridge.

We are proud to present our magnificent two-bedroom apartment which is located on the raised ground floor, benefiting from high ceilings (3.8 meters) and great natural light. The apartment is fitted with luxurious furnishings and we have added many finishing touches of art and design to make this a true home away from home.

The master bedroom has a comfortable bed (160cm) and features a main en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a smaller bed (130cm) that is perfect for two kids or a young (very in love ;-))couple. The bathroom services the second bedroom and both bathrooms have towels for use during your stay, toilet paper, and complimentary toiletries. 

You will also find a well stocked kitchen that includes various teas and coffee, cooking oils, herbs and spices etc... The kitchen itself includes a dishwasher as well as most modern mod-cons. The open plan reception room has a modern dining table with seating for six, a lovely sitting area and a flat-screen television with Apple TV and a Virgin Media Package including all the sports and news channels as well as children TV. The fastest Wi-Fi in the U.K. is also available free of charge.
Additional conveniences include an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer. If you need a baby bed we can provide it free of charge with advanced notice.

The apartment is yours alone for the duration of your stay. Dinner parties and light entertainment are permitted but we ask that you respect our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially when entering and exiting the building. Music must be kept low. Parties with loud music, dancing and heavy drinking are strictly prohibited. Check in is after 3pm; but early check-in may be possible depending on previous bookings. Check out is at 11am. Late check out can be arranged for a nominal fee.
