Studio on the Golden Mile, between Marbella and Puerto Banus. Located 200 meters from the beach and the promenade, 300 meters from the Marbella Club.
With bus stop just in front of the Urbanization, on the main road.
It has west orientation with views of the pool and afternoon sun.
Recently renovated completely and furnished. With appliances such as: washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning hot / cold, TV and WIFI by fiber.

Accommodation

The bed is king size of 1. 80 x 2 meters, it can be separated into two beds of 0. 90 x 2 meters. There is the possibility of adding a baby cot for travel (request in advance). Sheets and towels available.
Studio with all the necessary amenities for the stay.
No street noise, with beautiful views of the main pool. Bright and fully equipped.

Super séjour!

Nous avons passée une superbe semaine à Marbella. La résidence est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Les plages se situent à 5 minutes et la piscine dans la résidence est un véritable atout! L’appartement est chaleureux et apaisant et dispose d’une très belle vue. Il se situe à proximités de commerces restaurants.. Nous recommandons!
