LOG HOME near Crystal Mountain skiing and Rainer Nat'l Park with covered spa
Newer log cabin - newly covered hot tub as of October 2024 - READ AND AGREE TO POLICY (see below) BEFORE PLANNING TO USE - first level en-suite master, granite kitchen with propane range and top tier cabinetry - open concept living space including a propane hearth and partially covered wrap around porches. Upper level with 2 bedrooms each with twin over full beds, playful loft and comfortable full bathroom. Full sized washer/dryer and internet. Plus lots of useable space including a single car garage for toys.
HOT TUB/SPA POLICY: 1) NEVER ALLOW CHILDREN TO USE WITHOUT DIRECT SUPERVISION - I couldn't live with myself if there was some unwitnessed accident!, 2) please please please pre-rinse suits. If not...residual detergents do cause foaming of the water. And everyone wants perfectly clean water, 3) consider taking a quick rinse off before entering tub for same reasons - LADIES...LOTIONS DESTROY WATER QUALITY, 4) please wipe debris off feet before entering to decrease particulate - MATT FOUND ON GRILL IS TO BE PLACED AT ENTRANCE OF TUB TO WIPE FEET. Know also that I have my cleaners watching this tub carefully between uses and will let me know if there needs to be additional needed cleaning because of improper use - which may be charged as part of the damage waiver.
17 mi to Crystal Mountain Ski Resort - the skiable acreage and terrain are outstanding. 15 mi to Mt. Rainier National Park - Sunrise Entrance - absolutely amazing, world-class hiking.
DISCLAIMER: This is a property located in the mountains in a semi-remote location. Loss of electricity, wifi/TV are possible and not always quickly repairable. Also, there are a variety of animals (elk, squirrels, birds, bats, mice, etc) in the area - as with any country property occasionally there is the "cohabitant". Events as listed above and anything imaginable are rare but do happen. Finally, I will do my best to accommodate, repair, assist and restore but again due to the remote location I may or may not be able to assist or find a helper to assist.

Very spacious and beautiful Log Home located close to Crystal Mountain. This lovely home was fully stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.
We were in RAMROD this year and this was the perfect house to be near the start and also near Mt Rainier to do some pre and post rides. Very close to park entrance, great log cabin and hot tub, all dishes and utensils available for cooking
We really enjoyed our stay here and were happy with how close the cabin was to the trails that we wanted to hike. The host was very friendly and communicative, and offered advice on local trails and was very responsive. The cabin is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped, as well as the bathrooms and bedrooms with extra towels and blankets etc.
The log cabin was perfect! It is about a 20 minute drive from the entrance to Mt Rainier Sunrise. Big plus was the hot tub after hiking! Well equipped kitchen and comfy bedsβ¦Owner was very accommodating and responded promptly to all questions. Definitely would stay here again!
This was a quiet, peaceful, beautiful and clean place. My family had a great time. Instructions were clear and we never had to contact owner once. Thank you so much for having us. Highly recommend it.
We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. It was beautiful, had everything our family needed from general utilities to games for the kids/family, and communicating with the host was prompt and courteous. Trips to Crystal mountain and Mount Rainier park were easy enough and the nearby hike to Goat Falls was perfect for a family with young kids and adventurous too. We would recommend this place π
Such a beautiful immaculate cabin/home. Great communication on all questions and concerns. Beds were super cozy. Made s'mores every night in the fire pit, which our kids LOVED! We have been on a burn ban at home and unable to make them for so long. Location was prime. Short drives to all our scheduled destinations within Rainier. Our longest drive was to Paradise, but would have been shorter if it weren't for road closures. All in all we had a wonderful time and couldn't have felt more at home.
Such a clean and comfortable space. Close to Mount Rainier national park if you want to do some hiking and catch some beautiful views. My family had such a great relaxing time handing out in the loft watching movies, playing games in front of the fire and walking along the river. Great communication by the owner as well.
Truly exceptional cabin, super convenient to Mt Rainier
To start, the owner was very thorough in their instructions to us on the trip in (i.e. where to stock up on food, gas, etc.) and very communicative before our reservation. The property was in a super location to many interest points in Mt Rainier park and we filled up three days very easily. We also loved our afternoon and evening wind downs in the house after a day of hiking...playing games, cooking meals, etc...the house was super clean and comfortable for our family of four. Our children really enjoyed having their own rooms upstairs and hanging out in the loft was a hit. We were sad to leave.
Definitely an excellent rental.
We enjoyed this well appointed log home near Crystal Mountain and Mt. Rainier National Park. Great beds and showers, we cooked a lot in the kitchen with no problems and enjoyed the deck also. Just off Hwy 410 so there was some road noise but only noticeable outside. Overall recommended!
Nice house, everything feels pretty new, good appliances and pantry was pretty well stocked with misc items. Lots of extra linens, etc - feels like the owners thought of everything.
Great cabin with everything that you could need during your stay. Appreciated how clean everything was in cabin.. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend cabin to others.
The log cabin was so cute and cozy! Itβs proximity to the Mount Rainier National Park was also so convenient. The property was super clean and organized and the host was so friendly and easily accessible to answer our questions. We had a wonderful time π
This place has everything you need. Easy access to the gondola ride and natl park entrances. White River is only a few steps away. Do not hesitate to rent this place. We enjoyed the outside firepit very much. Short ride back to Seatac. This is perfect place for your last couple nights exploring Washington!
Got away for a long weekend with my adult daughter - we hiked, ate, did puzzles, had bon fires and watched the elk wander by.
Bed was comfortable and the kitchen modern and very clean.
