It is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare any meal, and it also features a dining area that can seat up to seven people.

On this same floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed, a private balcony, and a full en-suite bathroom, along with an additional guest toilet for extra convenience.

Upstairs, there is an open-plan area with a second bed and direct access to a spectacular private terrace, divided into three spaces: a pool area with sun loungers, a chill-out area perfect for drinks or a casual dinner, and a dining area with a table and chairs for eight guests. The Arenal neighborhood is one of the most important and beautiful areas in Seville’s historic center. It is home to iconic landmarks such as the Torre del Oro, and is separated from the Santa Cruz neighborhood by the magnificent Cathedral. This area is well known for its wide variety of tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and small local craft shops. It is easily accessible by public transport and car, with three public parking lots nearby.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
