BEAUTIFUL, FULLY RENOVATED 5 BEDROOM HOLIDAY VILLA WITH HEATED POOL, INDOOR WHIRLPOOL, AIR CONDITIONING, SATELLITE TV + WIFI IN ALBERES/EMPURIABRAVA

The holiday home has been completely renovated in 2019 and has now a total of 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, reversible air-conditioning (cold/warm), satellite TV and wifi, a covered terrace and a large heated, private pool.

The modern furnished, semi detached and south facing tower villa with approx. 220 m² for 10-12 persons is located in the quiet district Alberes of Empuriabrava, in 650m walking distance to the beach and downtown. Some small shops, restaurants and a bakery are located in only 100-200m.

Description of „Villa Alberes“ in Empuriabrava:

• 2 bedrooms on the ground floor + 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor
• 5 bathrooms
• a 7m x 3m large, heated private pool with hydromassage jets
• an indoor whirlpool.


The ground floor consists of a living room (50m²) with dining area, large flat screen (French, English, German programs...) and an open, fully equipped kitchen.

In addition, there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a 160 cm large double bed and the other with a 180 cm large double bed (consisting of two 90 cm beds). There is also a bathroom with WC, sink and shower, as well as a second bathroom with sink, WC and bathtub.

On the first floor there are 3 further air-conditioned bedrooms with a 180 cm large bed (two 90 cm beds) and en-suite bathroom each, two with shower, sink and WC, the third one with bathtub, sink and WC.

Outside, there is a sunny 7m x 3m large private pool with integrated hydromasage jets for swimming and 6 deck chairs for sunbathing. The pool is heated from April to November with an 11 kW heat pump.
A covered terrace with a large dining and chairs, as well as a grill/BBQ are also available for your comfort.

The wellnees area with electric shutters and separate entrance has an indoor whirlpool and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The villa is fully fenced/enclosed and offers off-road parking for 1-2 cars at the entrance of the private property.

Location to the beach and center: 650m, approx. 10 min. walking distance.

Alles in allem ein gelungener, erholsamer Familien Urlaub.Unsere Kontaktperson (Dominique) war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt.Küche gab alles her was für eine große Familie gebraucht wurde.Betten und Klima waren super.Vielleicht könnten Insektenschutz an Türen und Fenster installiert werden.Wir waren mit 11 Personen da.Danke nochmal an Dominique für die freundliche Unterstützung in allen Fragen.Wir kommen gerne wieder

Déçue des diverses prestations

La maison est magnifique, l'endroit est vraiment top. Dominique, la dame qui s'occupe de la transition est vraiment sympathique et très professionnelle. Ce qui est dommage, c'est que l'entretien est negligé. La machine à laver à la porte de cassée, c'est du sport pour l'ouvrir et la fermer, et également pour la mettre en marche du coup. La plaque à induction ne chauffe pas correctement. Le frigidaire a une étagère et un bac cassé. L'évacuation d'eau des douches du haut est une catastrophe...après avoir nous-même enlevé une boule de cheveux, ca n'évacuait toujours pas correctement. Nous étions les 1ers à louer, tout aurait dû être au top. C'est bien dommage de laisser tout ca se détériorer.

Ein tolles Haus, sehr netter Kontakt mit der Verwalterin. Poolheizung war wie gewünscht an. Nur eine kleine Anmerkung zum Inventar: Ein bisschen wenig Besteck und die Kaffeemaschine für 10 Leute zu klein. Aber alles kein Problem...man ist ja im Urlaub.

Eigentlich ein schönes Haus

Nach der sehr kurzen Hausübergabe,wobei uns mitgeteilt wurde was wir bei der Abreise vorzunehmen haben stellten wir folgende Mängel fest. Zwei verschmutzte Bratpfannen, 6 verschiedene Teelöffel für ein 10 Personenhaus, keine Kuchengabeln, eine noch verschmutzte Toilette, die Haustür die sich nicht verschließen ließ, die Poolpflege erfolgte ohne Messung und Reinigung, Zahnpasta im Waschbecken und der Wand, der von uns zu pflegende Aussengrill war total verrostet, eine Terassentür ließ sich nicht verschliessen, Bei den ebenerdigen Duschen lief das Wasser bis unter den Betten. Alle Mängel wurden zeitnah mitgeteilt aber nicht beseitigt. Alle Mängel haben wir mit Fotos dokumentiert.

Lovely place but could do with some maintenance.

We had a wonderful time here, so quiet and relaxing. There are 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed, which is fine as there were just 4 of us staying but it may feel a bit cramped if all bedrooms were occupied. One of the doors could not be locked so you had to bring down the shutter and it was a bit difficult trying to work out how the cooker worked so some kind of instructions would have been helpful. For the money that we paid it was a great experience.

Great villa in a great location!

We enjoyed a 2-week stay in the villa with our 4-year old daughter. The house is comfortable and has all the amenities that you would expect. The pool is great (especially with the jetstreams). Also great for children since the pool is not deep. The villa is within walking distance from the beach and the bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed trips to Cap de Creus, Cadaques, Girona, Roses, Llanca and more. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone (except children smaller than 4 years old due to the non-gated pool)! Thank you for facilitating a great holiday!

Das Ferienhaus entsprach überhaupt nicht dem wie es auf den Bildern beschrieben und gezeigt wurde. Es fehlten viele Sachen und es war einiges kaputt. Unsere Endreinigung mussten wir am Anreisetag selbst erledigen da es überall dreckig war. Am liebsten hätten wir gern einen Teil des Mietpreises zurück aber die Vermieter haben sich ja für sowas im Mietvertrag abgesichert. Wir werden nie wieder dort ein Haus mieten. Also sehr enttäuschend war es

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa la semaine suivant le 15/08. Maison tres accueillante, tres bien située par rapport à la plage max 15mn à pieds ces + la piscine et ses jets à remous. Lors de notre arrivée on nous demande une caution une partie en espèce ce qui n'avait pas été convenu lors de l'échange par mail, bref content d'arriver nous payons cette caution en espèce. Plus le séjour avance et hyper déçu de la maison . on avait ,UNE casserole et UNE poêle qui convenait pas à la plaque à induction pour 10 c'est assez compliqué ! Dans le studio la douche italienne est bouchée si bien que l'eau arrivait jusqu'à la chambre ( pas très pratique) La baie vitré faisant office d'entrée mais ne fermait pas à clef... Vous pourrez y trouver aussi un classeur ou vous voyez tous ce que vous pouvez faire a Empuria mais dommage il n'est pas à jour( info remontant aux années 2006 ) Et pour finir nous avons été surpris de l'état des lieux lors de la remise des clefs...( stores déjà cassé , à l'arrivée on nous informe de ne pas y toucher, pour la sortie on nous accuse de les avoir cassés en nous criant dessus manque de respect total ) Pour faire bref maison tres belle et tape a l'œil mais au quotidien ce n'est pas agréable !

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Même si vous connaissez la région, suivez leurs conseils avisés de visite de la région. Ils ont préparés plusieurs circuits à faire en voiture (classeur rouge dans le salon). la maison est située dans une rue très calme. Elle est moderne et décorée avec beaucoup de gout. La chambre dans la tour à l'étage est très agréable et permet d'être à l'écart des autres chambres. Les enfants se sont baignés dans la piscine (bien entretenue) ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Superbe villa sur 2 étages avec studio séparée très chaleureuse et très fonctionnel décoration au top nous avons pu profiter de la piscine malgré la saison car celle ci est chauffée très belle terrasse pour profiter du bronzage et d'un bon barbecue nous avons passes une semaine très agréable dans ce beau cadre, commerces et loisirs a proximité(ché cafe,mini golf,sikkhim) les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympa villa très conseille nous reviendrons. Petit hic manque porte papier toilettes dans le studio.
