Welcome to Unit 11 at Cabana Beach Club, a beautiful and comfortable one-bedroom waterfront retreat with stunning bay views and a private dock, perfect for guests who want to bring their own boat. With a bedroom plus a living room sleeper sofa, this unit comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

Cabana Beach Club is a quiet, boutique complex with only 11 units, offering exceptional privacy and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. The canal-side section consists of just three units, making this an ideal setting for a peaceful waterfront getaway.

The Gulf of Mexico’s pristine beaches are directly across the street—just a short walk away. Guests also enjoy access to a community heated pool, conveniently located nearby.

Inside, the unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay, including a stocked kitchen with utensils, silverware, pots and pans, fresh towels and linens, and beach chairs. Additional comforts include smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom and a washer and dryer inside the unit.

A convenience store is within walking distance, and you’ll find excellent restaurants nearby, with even more dining, shopping, and entertainment just a short drive away in Sarasota.

Loved watching manatees every day! Place was comfortable. Quick walk to the beautiful beach. Our only complaint was the tv. We tried to get CBS, ABC and NBC. But with new tv we couldn’t. My husband spent many hours trying to get it to work. I asked for help from the property manager but no response. We didn’t know our Nexflix etc passwords so no tv. Disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay. Decided to make a last minute long weekend trip to Longboat key and this was just perfect. Peaceful bayside and view with just a short walk to the beach. We really loved our stay in Longboat Key. The property is well maintained and furnished with everything we needed. Staying at a small resort with beach chairs waiting at the beach was really nice. We had dolphins and other wildlife in the canal to keep us entertained. Would love to come back!

Great directions for the parking and locating the unit- we miss the place already! A short walk across the beach and easy drive into town. The back canal was beautiful to wake up to. When we come back to town we will 1000% stay here!

Great property, great location and super clean!

We loved the privacy which is usually hard to find when renting a condo. You could walk to some great restaurants. We had access to the dock which was nice because we brought our boat there is also room to park your trailer which is a bonus! Would definitely be back.

Our little staycation gem.

This was our 3rd time back to one of our favorite little getaways. We had our friend rent out the two end units, so i was nice having everyone together. Of course, I love having my boat right out the back door as well. We all went to dinner by water, twice. We all enjoy how sleep Longboat Key is.

The property and location was perfect! The unit is very clean and is decorated very nice. We saw manatee every day off the dock! The beach is right across the street and has beach chairs which is very convenient. Host was perfect in responding to questions and incredibly accommodating. Best of Both Worlds

Park your car at the front door and dock your boat at the back door. This condo is across from the beach, and right on the canal - it's clean, comfortable, super convenient, and close to some great restaurants. If you're planning a family reunion or vacation with friends, consider renting the units on each side of this one too, you'll have the whole place to yourselves.
