We came by boat and the docking was easy. The condo was great; very clean and decorated tastefully. We could boat to restaurants or walk less than 1/2 mile to other casual dining. The beach access across the street was close and convenient, although we went to the sandbars by boat. Nice and quiet too. Thanks

Nice property on a small canal across the street from a beautiful beach. Decorated in art deco colors it’s a fun place to visit. The outdoor porch is nice as is the dock overlooking the canal. It’s a bit hot mid day but it’s summer in Florida and a nice breeze and access to the Gulf for a dip helps offset the heat.

This is like our 4th time in these units and they are always perfect. Very well-appointed rooms with really good usage of space. Kitchens are pretty well stocked with pans and utensils, and we always bring our own spices etc, bc there’s not usually the basics like ketchup/mustard. There’s plenty of towels (including beach towels) to use and being able to use the pool and beach access across the street is great. 10/10 we will stay here again :)

This place was great! Close proximity to the beach and right on the canal. Made it really easy to rent a boat and bring it out to the water. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Longboat key. The host was very communicative and put us in touch with someone who we could communicate with. Love it!!

Loved watching manatees every day! Place was comfortable. Quick walk to the beautiful beach. Our only complaint was the tv. We tried to get CBS, ABC and NBC. But with new tv we couldn’t. My husband spent many hours trying to get it to work. I asked for help from the property manager but no response. We didn’t know our Nexflix etc passwords so no tv. Disappointing.

Thanks for your review—we’re really glad you enjoyed the daily manatee sightings and the easy walk to the beach. That’s exactly what makes the spot so special! We do want to clarify one thing - we didn’t receive any messages during your stay about the TV, so we didn’t realize there was an issue we could help with in real time. We’re always happy to jump in quickly when we hear from guests. As noted in our listing, the home is equipped with a smart TV, which is set up for streaming services rather than traditional cable channels like CBS, ABC, and NBC. We are happy that overall your stay was great. Thank you for staying with us 🌴 Michaela

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Decided to make a last minute long weekend trip to Longboat key and this was just perfect. Peaceful bayside and view with just a short walk to the beach. Accommodations were just as described and pictured. We would come back again but hoping to have our own place in parodies soon

Great off beach location

We really loved our stay in Longboat Key. The property is well maintained and furnished with everything we needed. Staying at a small resort with beach chairs waiting at the beach was really nice. We had dolphins and other wildlife in the canal to keep us entertained. Would love to come back!

Great property, great location and super clean!

We loved the privacy which is usually hard to find when renting a condo. You could walk to some great restaurants. We had access to the dock which was nice because we brought our boat there is also room to park your trailer which is a bonus! Would definitely be back.

Great directions for the parking and locating the unit- we miss the place already! A short walk across the beach and easy drive into town. The back canal was beautiful to wake up to. When we come back to town we will 1000% stay here!
