A beautifully finished and furnished 1st floor one bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked (although we didn't use it much) and the sofa bed was top notch, best I've ever slept on. Located on a quiet street yet only a short walk to Wisconsin Ave for restaurants, groceries and public transportation.

Perfect stay. The apartment had everything we needed and we loved the neighborhood location. Close to groceries, restaurants, playgrounds, and public transportation. Parking was never a challenge and check-in/check-out couldn't be easier. Roger was a great host and very communicative. We will absolutely stay here again if our travels take us back to this area. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic flat - our fourth/fifth stay . Well equipped and in an excellent location . Walking distance to a bus stop, supermarkets and cafes. We loved the Tatte cafe and the baguettes from the Parisian Baguette were nearly as good as in France.

Very quiet neighborhood. Parking on the street was a snap with an online permit process. The unit was walkable to two different subway stations. The bed was very comfortable and the unit had many of the items we needed with groceries available nearby. Ther were also restaurants that were walkable. One small issue that came up was resolved by the owner the same day. Communication was very easy.

It was a beautiful apt - exquisitely clean with all the needed amenities. Our host was very responsive. Great location in lovely neighborhood, but walking distance to Metro stops, restaurants, etc. As advertised it is the ground floor of a larger house so one is sometimes aware of the upstairs occupants, but it was 99% very quiet. I would stay there again.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. We also found that it was in a beautiful neighborhood close to the Metro, Nat’l Cathedral, Zoo, and many options for eating. It was a short drive to the National Mall and Reagan airport. We would definitely choose this location again.

Love the location!

The apartment was comfortable for our five night stay. I liked the very firm bed. Easy walk to the Metro, lots of food choices nearby. There's a little bit of noise from above, but nothing disruptive.

Another very comfortable stay

This was our third stay here and we had another very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment has all that you could ask for and is really well located for shops, restaurants and transport. Roger is very responsive to any request or inquiry you may have.
