Near all the shops, mini market, restaurants, and train station.

It consists of a 38 sq.m surface in a small apartment complex, on the 2nd floor with lift.

Amazing!

We’ve stayed at this property twice now. The owner is fantastic, meets you at the property, & shows you around. The location is 100 m from the beach and promenade. Bakeries and restaurants right there. Love it!

Great Location! Close to Everything!

I spent a month at this well-maintained, ideally located apt. with lovely linens. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. It was very quiet. The only sound being the seagulls. So wonderful to have the train station, buses and groceries so close. Can’ t wait to return.

We have been to Menton 5 times before and this was the best place we have stayed. The apartment is modern, clean, bright and in a very quiet street. It is well equipped, it had everything we needed. Close to the train station, bus station, and the sea. There is also a small supermarket at the end of the street. The owner is a very pleasant man and we hope to return to this apartment on our next visit to Menton.

Der Schein trügt!

Check in sehr nett und freundlich. Lage zum Carrefour City und Strand auch richtig beschrieben. Die Hotels & Restaurant entsorgen das Altglas im Innenhof ( zu jeder Zeit)Die Wohnung braucht dringend eine komplett Renovation.Die Bilder sind mehrere Jahre alt !! Alles ist schmuddelig. Bad Armaturen sind rostig. Waschmaschine Gummi mit Schimmelpilze .Da es keinen Geschirrspüler hat ( gab es wohl früher mal), ist das Besteck und Geschirr schmutzig. FE-WO Wohnung waren immer toll. Dieses X eine große Enttäuschung! Leider nicht zu empfehlen!!!

2 Wochen im April 2024 in einer Top-Fewo:elegant eingerichtet,hell u freundlich,rund 9m lange raumhohe Fenster und Terrassentüren zum gleich langen Balkon.Zentral gelegen,trotzdem absolut ruhig in einer Nebenstrasse.Nur 100m zum Carrefour-Supermarkt ,200m zum Strand, 10 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof.Freundlicher Verwalter.Absolut empfehl enswert: 5 Sterne

Très bien mais ménage à revoir

Emplacement parfait, tout ce dont on a besoin dans l’appartement pour un bon séjour, communication très facile mais des efforts sur le ménage sont à faire. Aussi, les photos ne st pas à jour, la cuisine a été refaite. La table de SAM et les tables de chevet ne sont plus de qualité comme on peut le penser en regardant les photos.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé, idéal pour passer une semaine de vacances, très calme, juste la rue a traverser pour accéder à la plage. Gare SNCF à 5mn. Juste un souci de stationnement.
