Townhouse Casa Gorizia - Authentic Tuscany

Set in a medieval hamlet amongst the Tuscan Hills, Montebenichi feels a world away and yet is close to some of Tuscany's greatest hits - the cities of Siena, Florence, Pisa, Arezzo, & the Chianti Wine region.
Casa Gorizia, a four-storey townhouse, within the main square of the hamlet is the perfect place to relax, explore and/or work from home in a serene environment.
It has all modern amenities as well as a private heated pool with counter-current just a minute walk away.
One master bed for two.

For your health safety there is a minimum period of 2 days of vacancy between visits and the private pool is checked by a professional between rentals

ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE
- A master bedroom sleeps two and has space for a baby cot (which we can provide). Whilst a pull out single bed in the mezzanine is ideal for older children, though not suitable for those aged 2 - 10 due to the stairs up to the 'Soppalco'.
- Well stocked Kitchen, including Nespresso coffee maker, and the dining area comfortably seats four.
- Living room with fireplace and ample work space
- Wi-Fi throughout provided by fiber cable at high speed
- 1 full Bathroom incl. Bidet, WC and Shower
- The private pool is for the exclusive use of Casa Gorizia guests and only a short walk away. There is plenty of space to lounge as well as a table and chairs dinnerware a mini fridge and BBQ to enjoy a long lunch, drinks, or dinner.

- A well stocked basket of key staples and a warm meal provided by the owner welcomes you to Montebenichi and ensures you can relax as soon as you arrive.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei einer sehr netten Gastgeberin. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erd-/Untergeschoss und ist auch ohne Klimaanlage im toskanischen August ausreichend kühl.

Perfekter Urlaub in der Toscana

Wir haben hier einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht. Montebenichi ist ein bezaubernder kleiner Ort und war für uns ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Toscana. Die Unterkunft ist direkt an dem kleinen Dorfplatz und ist mit allem ausgestattet. Die mittelalterlichen Mauern haben einen tollen Charme und abends kann man sehr schön bei einem Glas Wein auf der kleinen Terrasse sitzen und auf die Piazza schauen. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool gefallen, der wenige Schritte entfernt, an Barbaras Haus liegt und den wir ganz privat nutzen konnten. Auch hier ist alles da was man für einen Tag am Pool braucht - von Kühlschrank bis Besteck. Und der Ausblick auf die Hügel der Toscana ist einmalig! Barbara ist eine tolle und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Am Tag unserer Anreise hat sie uns ein leckeres Abendessen zubereitet.

simpelweg fantastisch !

Dit verblijf is zo mooi gelegen op een klein piazza (pleintje). Het is een vrij smal huisje, met 4 verdiepingen. Hier is nu eens alles, maar dan ook alles aanwezig, ongelooflijk! De eigenares woont op een 2 a 3 minuten afstand, waar je "volledig privé" het zwembad kan gebruiken. De avond van aankomst wordt er voor je gekookt en wordt er gezorgd voor een gevulde ijskast met kaas, parmaham, fruit en is er brood voor de volgende morgen aanwezig. Dit verblijf benaderd de perfectie !

Wir wurden herzlich von Barbera empfangen und der Kühlschrank wurde mit dem Nötigsten aufgefüllt, da es im wunderschönen Dörfchen Monte Benichi keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gab (ca. 14km entfernt). Das war noch nicht genug; Barbara kochte und das 1. Menu pfannenfertig vor. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen und hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Zusätzlich durften wir ca. 3 Gehminuten von unserer Wohnung den Pool bei Barbaras Haus benutzen, welcher eine atemberaubende Aussicht bot. Den Pool und das Reduit mit Kühlschrank, Grill Abwaschbecken, Geschirr, Dusche, Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen etc...... benutzten wir alleine und ungestört. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank liebe Barbara,wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Marc P.

This area was the perfect position if you want to visit a number of wonderful sites in Tuscany

This property was so unique it could not compare to any property we stayed in It was medieval , romantic and loving in every way The host Barbara is very charming and there is nothing you could want for. After the first day it felt like home Shopping is close at Ambra two villages away supermarket excellent , Gas cooking and hot water plentiful.Montebenichi is a must to add to your life experience adventure. Only 33 kim’s to places like Siena a place of dreams that is a must to see fir every one

Our amazing trip in Tuscany

The house was nicely decorated and very clean. Barbara was a great host by cooking a five star meal on arrival. She is really helpfull. When we needed her she’s always there for you in case there is an issue. In the house there is an informationbinder with all about the house, the area, daytrips etc. During our stay we’ve met lovely locals. That was really nice. The pool is simply amazing with the beautiful view looking over the valley. We will definitely come back!!!

Amazing surroundings and a great host

We really enjoyed our stay at Montebenichi in Barbara's amazing holiday home located at the tiny town square. She was a wonderful host and provided everything we needed + more. We even had dinner prepared for us at the day of arrival. From Montebenichi you can go for exciting day trips to Siena and many different wine castles, but you need to have a car as transportation is otherwise not convenient. Finally, don't forget to eat at the local Osteria in Montebenichi. Thank you Barbara :)
