Harbour View is a terraced property in Watchet in Somerset. This cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of two doubles and one single, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen, a dining room with gas fire and a sitting room. Outside there's off-road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with furniture. Harbour View is a delightful holiday home with walks from the village, sandy beaches nearby and wonderful countryside to explore. Note: Harbour View Cottage Watchet. Proposal of renovation. On entrance to the cottage there will be a large entrance lobby housing a new boiler and area for coats and boots etc. The old bathroom will be converted into a utility room with an extra ground floor toilet. All flooring will be replaced and the walls retiled and painted. The wall separating the dining room and lounge will be removed to create a modern open plan kitchen diner lounge area. With new appliances, new laminated flooring and lighting. The walls will be skimmed and painted. Going upstairs there will be new carpeting, removal of the old wallpaper and newly skimmed and painted walls. Upstairs the new carpeting continues and what used to be the single bedroom will now become a bathroom. Tiling throughout and new shower, toilet and vanity unit. The two bedrooms upstairs will have the walls skimmed and painted and a new carpet. Please note the maximum number of people the cottage can accommodate will be 4 people. No pets and no children under 5 remains the same as in the previous agreement.

The house is lovingly furnished, newly renovated and in a wonderful location. You have a great view of the sea and can look directly onto the old steam railway. Everything in the village itself is within easy walking distance and the village is a good starting point for hikes into the Exmoor.
