Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung am Meer verbracht! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet – auf alle Fragen haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen.Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders wichtig: Das Wasser in der Dusche war immer heiß, was wirklich ein großes Plus ist.Das Beste war die Lage: Man tritt raus und steht direkt am Strand. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe jede Menge Restaurants und Bars.Insgesamt ein perfekter Ort für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado

Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones y la verdad esq hemos estado muy bien, el apartamento está muy bien ubicado junto a la playa y a todos los servicios, tiendas, supermecados restaurantes..., el apartamento está muy limpio y la terraza tiene vistas al mar y un mobiliario estupendo, si que pondría a mejorar algunos electrodomesticos, con urgencia la nevera es antigua y hacia bastante hielo en la nevera,por lo que luego perdía agua por abajo, como punto positivo dire que tenía secadora, es raro encontrar un apartamento de playa con secadora, muy antigua pero secaba estupendamente. Por lo demás hemos estado genial. Si volvemos a Calpe repetiremos. Gracias también a Marius de Villas Guzmán por su profesionalidad y saber hacer, gracias por todo!! Nevera

Genial estancia en marzo

Apartamento muy amplio y muy iluminado. Cercano al paseo. Con todo lo necesario para estancias largas. Hemos estado muy bien, las vistas han sido agradables. Con muchas ganas de volver. Se podría mejorar con la instalación de mosquiteras sí aceptan mascotas, pero si se lleva a un gato, hay que ser consciente que estos pueden asomarse a la ventana y caer. Deberían tener este aspecto en cuenta si ofrecen la posibilidad de llevar animales de compañía.

Het appartement was mooi ingericht, alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf. Alles is netjes onderhouden, ook de ingangen het zwemband. We hadden ook geen last van lawaai. Er zijn geen negatieve opmerkingen.

Prima verblijf

Prima appartement met uitkijk op zee. Alles klopte met de beschrijving op de website. Echter 1 opmerking, de parkeerplaats is ECHT KRAP en vereist stuurmanskunst om de auto onbeschadigd uit de garage te krijgen. Zelfs mensen die al lang in het appartmentencomplex wonen, hebben problemen met het parkeren in de garage. Buiten het hoogseizoen zijn er voldoende gratis parkeerplaatsen te vinden.

Ubicación genial tanto x la proximidad a la playa como con respecto al pueblo. La terraza y opción

A muy pocos metros hay un Mercadona. Tiene todos los servicios necesarios. Plancha, lavadora, secadora, aire acondicionado, lavavajillas, tostadora, cafetera, vajilla nueva y moderna. Podría haber conseguido las 5 estrellas pero en la habitación pequeña hay un armario que el dueño tiene cerrado con llave y deja a los inquilinos sin dicho servicio. Teniendo en cuenta que la habitación es muy reducida es un gran inconveniente.
