Charming La Latina Exclusive is a luxury apartment in the popular district of La Latina. Its special location makes it possible for you to walk around all of the city’s attractions; Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace are only 5 minutes’ walk away.
In this apartment we find two wonderful bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the street and the other with a single bed and a separate bathroom from the room.
The kitchen is Italian-designed, with the latest electrical appliances, including induction cooktop, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, kettle, etc.
The living room has two large French windows that open onto two balconies with marvellous views of the city. It also has a dining table, a sofa, two armchairs and a flat-screen TV.
The apartment’s amenities include underfloor heating and air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and free toiletries, as well as cleaning products.
The building where Charming La Latina Exclusive is situated is a lovely building that has been fully renovated. It includes the courtyard typical of Madrid’s buildings. Access to the apartment is by lift.

La Latina is one of the most traditional districts in the city of Madrid. It is situated in the middle of the city and its medieval streets revolve around Plaza de la Cebada and Plaza de la Paja.
The streets of this district reflect the most popular Madrid. The place is often visited by locals due to the many charming bars, pubs and traditional taverns in streets like Cava Baja and Cava Alta and in Plaza Cebada and Plaza Paja. Although there is usually a good atmosphere all the time, the evenings and weekends really stand out. Moreover, every Sunday, the surrounding streets host the famous Rastro de Madrid, a popular open-air market.
