The Hayloft is a home from home holiday let and is part of a redundant set of agricultural farm buildings, the grade 2 listed property was sympathetically converted in 2017 by the owners to a very high standard.
Located in the village of Broughton (a no-through village) it is in an ideal location for touring the area with Castle Howard & The Arboretum 6 miles away, York 18 miles away, Helmsley 15 miles, Malton 1 mile, Pickering & The North York Moors Steam railway 9 miles, Thornton-le-dale 9 miles, Whitby 30 miles.
Pub serving food within 800 metres Cantonese restaurant within 2 miles + all the
amenities in central Malton (less than a mile away) which is reputed to be the Food Capital of the North.
This first-floor conversion has an open plan sitting room/dining area/kitchen with oak beams, CD + DAB radio/player with additional speakers in the luxury bathroom with large free standing bath & separate shower, bedroom with king-size bed & walk-in wardrobe, garden room below with indoor/outside seating.

Great location for North Yorkshire

Fabulous property, clean, modern and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location with rural views and walking distance to nearby pub for Sunday lunch. Highly recommended!

Wonderful property. We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything you could want and more. Enjoyed exploring the area and Dawn gave us information which enhanced the experience. One word - WOW!!

What a beautiful property. Superbly renovated to the highest quality. Everything you need is provided. Location is perfect for exploring everything that York and the coast has to offer. Hosts are terrific.

First class property.

What a wonderful place. We were met by Dawn and David, they showed us around and made us very welcome. The property is in a great location, immaculately clean and decorated to a very high standard, there is everything you need.
