This Beautifully decorated 3500 square ft. house is the perfect getaway anytime of year. This house was featured in the September 2014 issue of Coastal Living Magazine. There are 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is loaded with high end upgrades and custom built ins..Fenced back yard with in ground pool has a great mix of afternoon sun and shade. The house is located in the pines area of Rehoboth Beach and only 4 blocks to the famous Deauville Beach. The owners provide 2 City of Rehoboth Parking passes

The first floor features a large open floor plan kitchen, dining and living area. The Kitchen features Wolf gas range, plenty of custom cabinets and large side by side refrigerator. The living area has a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and french doors that open to pool area. Also overlooking the pool is a screened in porch great for dining alfresco. There is also a master bedroom on the first floor with King size bed.

The second floor has three bedrooms including a large master suite with a king bed double vanity, walk in shower and soaking tub. There are 2 additional bedroom with Jack & Jill bath, the first has custom built in twin bed with twin trundle bed and the other bedroom with custom built in twin bunk beds and a custom built in twin bed with trundle bed.

The lower level has a large family room with flat screen TV and Custom built ins. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level. There is one bedroom with queen size bed and the other with twin size bunk beds. There is also a full bath with walk in shower.

The custom cement driveway is accented with brick trim is spacious enough for 3 cars.

It's only a short walk to all the great shops, restaurants and attractions of Downtown. Visit Dogfish Head Restaurant or take a short drive to Milton, DE and tour the brewery.

David is a great communicator with suggesting places to visit and immediately fixing the sound on one of the TVs. We were a family of 12 and the accommodations/configuration of beds worked well. Open concept main floor encouraged visiting and laughter, but also there were some quiet places for reading.

Absolutely perfect… huge tons of space walking distance to main drag and beach had everything except a hair dryer… pool was perfect size and tons of beach towels and toys for all… Dave was fantastic and very easy to work with… loved everything about the house and location. We have been coming for 43 years to Rohoboth and celebrated both our 70th birthdays with our two adult children who also have been coming for many years. First time for son and daughter in laws and loved Rohoboth!!! We will definitely be back and hopefully at this house… Loved it Thanks again Dave

Loved this home. The open spaces along with adjoining sunroom and pool offered great entertainment space for our large family. The ground floor suite was a treat for my niece and her family of 4. The short walk to the beach added to our pleasurable time in Rehoboth. Would love to rent again!

Great house for large family! But bring your own stuff! If you plan to eat at home at all! The host was very responsive. His list was lLONG but he responded immediately.! 1. Beds were left unmade. 2. Pool had algae, 3 outdoor furniture has 3D mold, 4.Sunroom had food all over the rug, as did one of the beds upstairs. 5. Poorly equipped kitchen: no large pots or microwaveable dishes, no bowls for snacks or sides. No hand mixer, no measuring spoons, or hand mixer, No Tupperware. Cutting board looked like a science experiment! BYO or risk your health. 6. Back door to the pool had to remain locked shut as screen door does not close ( not ideal for toddlers) BYO Towels means bring dish towels too. Host 10Cleanliness 1- mold in shower on main floorEquipped for large family gatherings: 0***Change housekeeping companies and provide a few kitchen necessities and it would be a great house to rent again.

Best beach house

Could not think of a lovelier house to spend a week in Rehoboth. Close to everything, even prettier than in the photos, so serene and private thanks to the big trees surrounding the back yard and pool, and perfectly set up for family time and relaxing. David was wonderful and super responsive and helpful. We are already planning our return to Rehoboth and would absolutely love to stay in this house again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family Beach Trip

The house was a great fit for our family. David was responsive from booking, through our stay. The location allowed an easy walk to the quiet end of the beach but was still close enough to get to all the stores/restaurants on the main street. Absolutely would recommend!

Very nice stay. Weather could have been better but we really enjoyed our time there. Furniture on porch needs updating - new cushions. Lower level was cool. Pool was a real plus.

Family Getaway

The house is in a convenient location within walking distance (under a mile) to the boardwalk, beach and downtown Rehoboth. The small swimming pool was a plus and was really enjoyed by the children who preferred the pool to the beach. The property manager was quick to respond to our concerns.

Christmas beach break with family

Thoughtfully designed home with lots or room to spread out. Could use a bit of a refresh but would not stop us from renting again. The location is very good with easy walks to the beach and restaurants. David the property manager was very responsive and easy to work with.
