This rental is very clean and sanitized. Communication with owner was always quick and friendly. Only issue we had was the golf cart which the owners helped resolve. Highly recommend and we would rent from again.

Perfect location for attending a bowling tournament at Spanish Springs Lanes. Property owner was attentive with prompt communication during our stay. Checkin in and out process was fast and easy. Having access to a washer and dryer for our 10 day stay was appreciated.

WARM & SO WELCOMING!

The owners of this sweet home are the HOSTS with the MOST! They could not do more to make sure you enjoy your stay…the home has everything you need, lovely decor; I met lots of wonderful neighbors as well. Sad to leave !

January trip 2025

The house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures on VRBO. The kitchen was well stocked and our bed was comfy. In the 9 times that we have vacationed in The Villages, Kate and Lonnie were the best landlords that we have ever had! They were welcoming, and very responsive to our questions. Enjoyed our month there, even though the weather wasn’t the best.
