Apartment was excellent- unfortunately the downstairs bedroom was damp and had to leave heating on to dry the room and bedding - not sure if the room had been steam cleaned and not had chance to dry or if it was because the room’s back walk is in the rock face ?
The property was in a good location and had amazing views. It appears they are updating the property. There was no outside table or bbq as advertised. All in all a good property.
A lovely apartment in a stunning situation.
Only problem very narrow parking bay with big van in next one.

The property in an excellent location in West Looe. Fantastic views across the bay.
The property suited us well (6 adults) with plenty of space. The facilities were all of a high standard. The 2 outside areas were of a good size and having fantastic views across the bay. When there was a problem with toilet not flushing properly the agents sorted it very promptly.

wonderful views, needs TLC
First off, Looe is absolutely lovely. It's a picture post-card kind of place, with a beach that will keep the kids happy. This particular appartment has a lot of good points. As will be obvious from the photos, the view is absolutely excellent and I spent quite a lot of time out on the balcony just enjoying the sound of the waves and watching the world go by. The place needs a bit of TLC however. It's a bit dated, which in itself would not have been too big a deal, but I was very disappointed to see two big patches of mould. One was on the living room ceiling. It looked like there had been some kind of water leak at some point which hasn't been dealt with so it just developed into a patch of mould. The other was by the kichen cupboards on the wall. As you can imgaine, it was horrid to look at. The tap in the downstairs bathroom was broken so just kept dripping as well. Everywhere else though was relatively clean. No other major issues with appartment itself. Be warned about the loud fog horn that goes off in the harbour. It went off about 4 times - once in the early hours of the morning - because of the fog. There was also a music festival on the beach (September) and that was really loud until about half 8 on the weekend of our arrival. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this place until the owner deals with the mould.

We are sorry that your enjoyment was marred due to the effects of 2 recent leaks and also the bathroom tap. These issues have been addressed. Also the owner is planning some internal modernisation to the apartment over the Winter.

Excellent stay at 4 Rock Towers
I have been visiting Looe for over 30 years as my family live there, but my stay this year was the best I have ever had. Helped by good weather I sa Looe in a completely differnet light and really fell in love with the place, after such a liong courtship. I believe this was due to the fantastic accommodation at 4 Rock Towers. The appartment is 2 storey and the layout is superb. Two sitting areas, one off the kitchen and the other is a seperate room. Everywhere has a sea view, even the utility room and waht a view! Probably the best view in Looe and I have seen Looe form every angle.
My absolute favourite is the terrace which is exclusive to Flat 4. A wonderful relaxing place to sit and watch the world, fishing boats, tide, seagulls and all else go by. There is a barbecue in a small stone built outhouse which completed by pleasure with a sharing family meal on the terrace most sunset washed evenings. My impulse is to keep 4 Rock Towers a secret but like the best of good thinghs they are made for sharing. Enjoy!
