Great spacious apartment right in the bustling fishing harbour, but still tranquil and relaxing, beautifully presented, a real
corker of a find!
We will be definately returning ....5*
What a lovely apartment! It's spacious, well appointed and in a great location five minutes walk to the beach.
Parking wasn't an issue, Millpool car park is only five minutes away and the car park is massive so we had no issues parking.
Looe is a lovely place, it was our first visit and we're definitely going back and we'll be booking the apartment again too.
The apartment is spacious, clean and with a very comfy bed! The kitchen was well appointed and had just about everything you'd need - the only thing I'd have liked is a cafetiere for my morning cup of Jo! The bathroom was also equally well appointed - a hook on the back of the door for a dressing gown would be useful and the addition of a hand towel next to the sink would have been a bonus, but apart from that it was absolutely fab. Sitting at the dining table in the morning with a cuppa watching Looe come to life was fantastic - and apart from the seagulls, the apartment was also really quiet in the evenings too which was a bonus. I'd definitely book again.
The flat was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was excellent and the bed extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone however there were a couple of things which I think could have been improved. A shelf in the shower unit would have been very handy to put shower gel, soap, shampoo etc and also somewhere to dry my hair. There was a large mirror in the bedroom but no socket hereby to plus in the hairdryer and no extension cord. Linda & Gerry
very good location, very clean and well presented.
The apartment had very good facilities for a week or mores stay. Lovely view over the harbour

Excellent View
After arriving at the property directions from the Londis Store may need to advise that parking in the high street at peak times can sometimes be a pain, we tried to park to drop off our cases etc and couldnt park therefore having to resort to driving to the car park, paying to park for an hour, carrying our cases etc in 2 trips to the apartment 10 minute walk, get the parrking pass to walk back over put the pass in the car and walk back again and after a 5 hour journey this is the last thing you want... The apartment however was fantastic, very modern and the views over the harbour was amazing, the noise on a Saturday night was annoying but is to be expected in a town location... Apartment was clean and tidy and very well maintained... On leaving the apartment we had the same pain of having to walk back to the car drive to the apartment try and park to put the car park pass back into the apartment the start our journey home, this could be improved, but our overall experience of the apartment and Looe was good....

Many thanks for taking the trouble to review your experience in Looe. The parking situation is awful we can freely admit, but, by definition, characterful fishing villages in Cornwall did not evolve (and they certainly were not planned) with 21st century vehicles in mind. We do our best to provide high quality accommodtaion in a beautiful spot but the provision for cars is a problem & could only be resolved by sacrificing much of the ethos that draws visitors here year after year.
Although facilities for cars will remain a pain hopefully there were sufficient compensations to attract you back to this lovely part of Cornwall at some future time.
