Woodgate Cottage is nestled on the hillside overlooking the river in Looe. It comfortably accommodates 6 guests with three bedrooms all ensuite, has parking outside the door with an electric vehicle car charger and a patio area and balcony which are West facing so get plenty of sunshine on in to the evening.
On the ground floor is the comfortable lounge with doors that open out on to the patio area, a flat screen TV with bluray DVD and a PlayStation 3 console. An archway leads through to the dining area with table and six chairs. A few stairs take you to the first floor where there is a well equipped, fully fitted, modern kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and washer/drier. Also on this floor is the bunk room with en suite shower room.
A few more stairs lead up to the second floor where the large master bedroom has a superking size bed. There is a spacious ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. This bedroom has access out on to the furnished balcony. The twin bedroom, also on this floor, has again a large en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower and this room also has access out on to the balcony. All bedrooms have a TV with DVD player as does the lounge and with the Playstation as well there is plenty to keep the children occupied on a rainy day!
Looe town centre and the main Looe beach are a 10-15 minute walk (a bit longer on the way back up the hill!); the town has numerous shops, eateries and pubs and the pretty working harbour is a must see in Looe. The stunning South West Coastal path is a favourite with walkers. Guests can be sure of a comfortable stay all year round at Woodgate, it is the perfect spot for a family holiday.
