Ideally located 300 from the port of Herbaudière and 50 m from the sea (Luzan beach) at the bottom of a dead calm and private.
Very nice house of 80m2 on plot of 300 m2 for 6/7 people.
Its garden / patio of 90m2 ensures you sunny lunches out of sight and wind.
In the village at 300m: supermarket, 2 bakeries, tobacco / newspapers, caterer, pizzas to take away, pharmacy, bars and restaurants
Free shuttle (GratiBus) 50m to circulate throughout the island.
