If you don't want to walk you can catch the Gatlinburg Trolley at the Trolley stop just down from the building entrance. It was nice. I didn't remember any mention of those 75 steps to get in and out of town. I thought it was closer to town. I got used to it, but some people may not be able to walk it. The heat seemed to be a little inconsistent. Other than that, it was great.

I am an owner of several vacation rental properties in the area. I stayed in this unit in the Summer of 2015 when all of my rentals were booked. I fell in love with its convenient location. I love to be park my vehicle and walk to what I want to do and this location fit the bill perfectly. When my agent informed me it was for sale I jumped on it right away.

Location, location, location!! It is so convenient to everything in the downtown area.

What makes this property unique

You can take the elevator to the first floor then the stairwell down to a lane which will connect you with either Reagan Drive or Airport Road which will put you at the convention center in less than 10 minutes and pretty much all the other attractions the area has to offer as well.
