Holiday home villa Bellavista
very nice rental house just completed to spend your holidays in peace and relaxation. The house is surrounded by greenery just 8 km from the town and is a few kilometers from the reserve of the gypsy, the bay of guidaloca and the tonnara di scopello.
It sleeps 2 to 6 people and consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom and a living kitchen plus a large veranda where you can easily have lunch or dinner.
In front of the entrance of the house there is also a small space where you can use the barbecue and where you can play the little ones in absolute tranquility.
The rooms are both overlooking the sea and the view is enchanting.
There are the following services:
air conditioning, television, oven and fridge, washing machine, linen, barbecue and kitchen accessories. Parking space in front of the house and outdoor games.

Malgré un cadre magnifique sur les montagnes et la mer au loin, ce n'est pas suffisant pour passer un séjour calme et agréable. En effet, selon les propriétaires, nous sommes apparemment les seuls locataires à s'être plaint des nuisances des chiens environnants la maison. Les chiens aboient la nuit et le matin très tôt et le manque de volets ne facilitent pas non plus le sommeil. Nous avons été obligés de mettre des bouchons d'oreilles pour tenter de dormir. Il est impossible aussi de profiter de l'espace extérieur à l'arrière de la maison sans voir apparaître chiens et chats du village. Même s'ils sont adorables. En ce qui concerne le logement, il y a eu visiblement une incompréhension avec nos hôtes. J'avais demandé si le logement du dessous était loué, on m'a répondu que non mais celui ci est occupé par un charmant Mr, le papa. Et se garer devant sa porte est très genant. Ca nous a mis très mal à l'aise. De plus, dans l'annonce, le logement est à l'adresse du propriétaire et bon pas du logement loué qui se situe à 4kms. Ca change beaucoup de choses. Tout ca est bien dommage, nous avons l'habitude de voyager en louant des logements depuis très longtemps et c'est plutôt rare que nous mettions des commentaires désagréables mais les propriétaires doivent être conscient qu'on ne peut pas se permette de louer en toute impunité. Il y a des règles à respecter pour ne pas tromper les gens. Il faut être transparent.

Je suis triste de lire tout ça, car c'est la première fois en sept ans que quelqu'un se plaint. D'abord, les chiens qu'ils ont ne sont pas les nôtres, et on ne peut pas empêcher tous les chiens du quartier d'aboyer ! C'est vrai qu'il n'y a pas de volets, mais il y a des doubles rideaux pour filtrer la lumière. Ensuite, comme je l'ai répété, il n'y a pas de touristes en bas ; la maison appartient à mon beau-père, et je ne peux pas l'empêcher d'y aller, d'autant plus qu'il ne dérange personne. Nous étions toujours disponibles pour tout et vous avons même apporté un micro-ondes. Si vous avez des besoins particuliers, vous pouvez séjourner à l'hôtel, mais le prix sera évidemment beaucoup plus élevé. Cordialement.
