The property boasts 30 acres of natural beauty and privacy. Plenty of space to host special events such as family reunions, weddings and life's celebrations. Abundant space for parking your cars, RV's, and boats with plenty of room for friends. Endless spots to put up your tent and enjoy Ludington's beautiful summer nights. Bring your boat and take advantage of fishing and boating to nearby sand dunes, the state park and a shoreline restaurant offering live entertainment. Satellite television, wifi and laundry facilities are included. Two bedroom and one bathroom on the main floor with a spacious master bedroom and bathroom suite on the second floor. So escape the busy life, light a fire, roast some marshmallows, collect some fireflies and create unforgettable summer memories by the lake.

Great private place

We had a great extended weekend stay and enjoyed the spacious house, privacy and remote location with great views of the water. The fire pit overlooking the lake with sunsets over the water was definitely one of our favorite parts. Communication before our stay with Todd was very easy and responsive.

Close to the water

Nice private location with a beautiful view of the lake. Great for kayak, canoe, fishing. Close to Lake Michigan and the state park.

Hamlin lake get away

Such a roomy house. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen with attached dining room. We used the propane grill. What a beautiful setting! We loved seeing deer. The fire pit above Hamlin Lake was ideal. My husband as the driver wasn’t to happy of the distance back and forth to Ludington…
