Delightful one bedroom annex completely independent ajoined to the owners home, 10 min walk to the sea front, off road parking shared with the owners. 1 bedroom luxury super king size bed, leading to a modern fitted bathroom, a walk in shower, complete with a washing machine and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen, cooker fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster etc, combined sitting room, TV, under floor heating throughout, air conditioning for those hotter months. Private small patio to sit out and enjoy the sunshine, let the dogs lie in the sun. Your be able to enjoy lovely cliff top walks over looking the needles, Isle of Wight, within 10 minutes walking distance, and the New forest within a 5 min drive. Guests have own private access through a single gate small patio area to sit out with a retractable washing line. Check in is 3pm check out 10am Welcome pack included, milk tea coffee sugar biscuits.After along journey sit down relax to a cuppa and a biscuit! All bed linen towels provided. Dogs welcome at no extra charge. PLEASE NOTE WE EXCEPT TWO DOGS. PLEASE ENQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL DOGS AS A FEE MAY APPLY. There is a parade of shops 10 min flat walk. Lovely cafe and fine dining restaurant. Although attached to our home we offer complete privacy but always available if required, Newly completed August 18 PLEASE PARK in front of the Coppice annex as it's a shared drive with us. Key safe fitted, will message you before should we be out on your arrival. We have allowed for dogs, maximum of two! Check in time is after 3pm & check out time is for 10am. Thankyou! NEW 2023 EV charger. Can be used upon request £15 cash per night for the passcode. (£15 nightly rate to be paid in advance upon arrival) For local dining experience we would recommend; Cliff House, 10 minutes walk, very popular with live music events BOOKING in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment. We stay here most years as it meets our needs perfectly. Pet friendly, convenient for the beach and nice cliff top cafés. Lovely owners who are happy to help on any subject.
The hosts were a delight and helpful. I got directions to a local coffee shop that took me by the sea. I felt relaxed and slept well. I have to carry insulin with me and having a refrigerator and freezer was nice.
We were made so welcome and the property was beautiful and modern. It was a nice quiet area, there was a pub very close by which had live music some nights food was good. Sadly not much else to do in the immediate area but for us this was not an issue as we had a car and enjoyed the trips out to different attractions. The hosts are lovely really helpful.
Fourth time we have stayed at the Coppice. Perfect apartment for us and our Dachshund. Hosts are lovely, and a perfect location for exploring Hampshire and Dorset. Only 10 mins walk to local beach for dog walking. Already looking forward to staying again next year.
Long weekend away before my husband starts new job. The Coppice was perfect! Felt like home straight away.So clean, comfy and close to cliff tops. Wonderful places to eat nearby. Wonderful walks too. Looking forward to our next visit!
Debbie and Ian are fabulous hosts. Great communication when booking and very warm welcome when we arrived. The Coppice was spotlessly clean with good facilities. The location is perfect for beach and New Forest dog walks. Will definitely book again.
This was return visit and the property was just as clean and peaceful as my first visit. Lovely hideaway close to all amenities, Debs and Ian are great unobstrusive but available hosts if needed. Highly recommended, looking forward to next years visit !

The property is really well planned and high spec. There's a large comfy bed. Short walk to cliff top walk. Lots of information in folder on places to go.

This has to be the absolute best holiday property we have ever stayed in.
Spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished with quality towels and bed linen and a huge comfortable bed.
The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a range cooker, quality cutlery, crockery, a good selection of utensils, lots of sharp knives,even a garlic press.
Shops and the beach are a short drive away and there is a pub nearby.
It was so lovely we didn't want to come home!
The flat was clean, warm and peaceful at night for sleeping. The bed was very comfortable.A complementary bottle of wine,beer and some nibbles was greeting us on arrival.Offroad parking made loading/unloading easier.All in all, highly recommended!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed property. Our dog Rosa received a warm welcome with treats and her own bowl and towel. We would recommend this property to our friends.
It's our second visit to The Coppice, and it won't be our last.
It's a lovely property, very well kept and in a nice area. There are some great walks nearby in the New Forest, and around the local area. Two nice pubs close by too. :-)

Only at property for 2 nights....wish it had been longer! Lovely property, very clean and everything you needed was right there plus a veryvery nice and generous welcome basket - what more could you want!!
A beautiful apartment equipped with everything you could need from lovely toiletries to kitchen utensils and even a dog poo box. It was very clean with an extremely comfortable bed. The host is very welcoming and, although it is attached to the house, it is very private. The beach and cliff top is at the end of the road and there is easy access east and west along the coast.
We were very impressed with the whole experience, the check in, the accomodation, the little extras like refreshments, snacks, toiletries. Everything had been thought ot nothing was left out. Thanks you Debbie and Ian.
We have stayed at the Coppice on three occasions now and are never disappointed. The arrangements within the annex are perfect of the both of us and our dog. Short walk to the beach and sea front cafés. The hosts are a lovely couple, always friendly and helpful. The addition of an EV charger adds another level of convenience. Lovely holiday and now looking forward to when we can go again.
I would not recommend this property for winter stays. The host does not heat it adequately. Kitchen/living room is comfortably warm by late evening but the bathroom is always freezing. But it is a well designed and very well eqipped property, with thoughtful touches, for dogs as well as human visitors.

Sorry to hear you felt this way. You did come around about the heating we adjusted the heating to try & accommodate you being a early riser. As explained at the time the heating temperature can be adjusted by the guest with a simple touch of the plus button to suit there individual needs. The property has under floor heating throughout & had many guests stay in winter months with no issues what so ever including this New Years Eve. Sorry we never met your expectations.
