Villa Stancija Martina

Newly built holiday home situated in a small village in central Istria. Offers its guests peace and relaxation from the bustle of the city. Beautiful villa covers an area of 240 m2 and has a garden of 1550 m2. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, kitchen and two bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV, private bathroom and access to the terrace. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with air conditioning, flat screen TV, private bathroom and balcony. Each room is air-conditioned and the villa offers free internet connection. The house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two separate WC-s. It is surrounded by a beautiful, green garden with large private swimming pool (4x12m) with hydro massage (heated in winter period), covered dining area, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, barbecue and private parking (for 4 cars). The villa has aswell fitness equippment and treadmill.

Eur 400 damage deposit (in cash by arrival, returned on departure)
Heated Pool (at request in the off-season, in high season at extra cost)
Youth groups - allowed only with the prior announcement (Deposit Eur 800 for youth groups)

Erholung Pur

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin Martina war jederzeit für uns da. Die Location liegt sehr zentral in Istrien. Mit dem Auto kommt man überall schnell hin es ist alles so wie man sich einen Urlaub zur Erholung vorstellt.

Villa Martina in Kringa, Kroatien

Unsere Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus hat vier große Schlafzimmer alle mit Klimaanlage. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land jedoch im Ort gibt einen kleinen Tante-Emma-Laden. Die nächsten größere Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind mit dem Auto zu erreichen in circa 20 Minuten. Das Haus ist schon zehn Jahre alt und hat seine kleine Macken. Ist aber nicht weiter tragisch. Das Haus steht alleine also keine unmittelbare Nachbarn, was auch sehr schön ist.
