The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the house and it can accommodate up to 8 persons. It has a separate entrance and it consists of three bedrooms with double bed and air-condition, a kitchen with dining room, a living room with sofa bed and a two bathroom with bath and a washing machine. Peaceful stay in lovely apartment

This property had everything we needed and the pool was lovely. We could walk to a great Konoba and drive easily to supermarkets, restaurants and places of interest. The owner was very friendly and welcoming too.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt nahe Sveti Lovrec!

Wir haben hier im August 10 wundervolle Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist in einem kleinen Ort nahe Sveti Lovrec (3km). In S.L. gibt es einen kleinen Laden für Einkäufe und ein paar Cafés. Das Haus besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern wovon eins ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und WC hat, eins ein WC und Waschbecken und dann noch ein extra Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet und im Ess-/ Wohnzimmer gibt es genug Platz. Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man schön essen, es gibt 2 Grills und noch eine kleine Loungeecke zum Relaxen. Das Highlight ist der Pool! Diesen hat man ganz für sich, er ist groß genug, um ein paar Züge zu schwimmen und für jeden gibt es einen Liegestuhl. Besser geht es nicht! 2 große Sonnenschirme spenden genug Schatten und durch die variablen Trennwände zum Parkplatz hin, kann man so viel oder wenig Privatsphäre haben, wie man möchte. Die Familie wohnt im oberen Stockwerk des Hauses, aber das stört überhaupt nicht. Sie waren sehr freundlich, wir durften Tomaten und Kräuter ernten und bekamen frische Eier von den Hühnern. Wir haben einen wundervollen, ruhigen Urlaub verbracht und werden mit Sicherheit wieder hierher kommen.
