At the end of the day, consider the hot tub or perhaps if you are docking your boat here, take a sunset cruise.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.

Very clean and convenient.

Property was tidy and well stocked with towels and kitchen needs. I appreciated having dock, pool, and beach access. Lovely to wake up and see dolphin swimming in the water outside our balcony.

Wonderful property and location!

What a wonderful stay! This was our first time on the island and this charming condo exceeded all expectations. Clean, comfortable, adorable, perfectly located across the street from the gulf (you can see it from the bedroom balconies!), and the bay views from your balcony and living room are extraordinary!! Everything was well stocked, including a fully stocked kitchen? beach chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella. Walking distance from Bridge St, near the trolley stop, and directly and across the street from a sugar sand beach. The grounds have a tennis court, small pool and hot tub. I loved quiet mornings on the balcony with my coffee watching birds and boats on the bay. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Highly recommend this rental!

Very clean, stocked well and great location! The king bed in the master was very comfortable. Appreciate use of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. This unit is on the third floor , no elevator. We were fine with it- had a lovely view over the water- but got some this might be a deterrent. We had a fabulous vacation on Anna Maria Island and staying in this rental. Everything was great, no complaints or regrets!

Great location, great fit

My husband and kids who are 19 and 15 loved this trip! Perfect location. Can fish on the dock and 1 min walk to the beach! The stay was enjoyable, we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!
