Perfect Place

The Roses Apt was the perfect place for our family vacation in Spain. Close to the beach, restaurants, grocery, and shopping. And they installed AC!! Bonus! The underground parking was tricky for a minivan. I give this place 4.5 stars!!! We had a wonderful time!

A perfect week in Roses

Lovely 4th floor apartment with large balconies and wonderful views over the bay. Close to restaurants and bars. Carrefour Express supermarket 200 metres away (buy croissants and bread there in the morning). French windows (Porte fenêtres) hard to open but being replaced for next year. The parking garage is fairly close but honestly would advise parking in the street as the access is very difficult for anything but a small car. White line parking outside free of charge, no time limits, hard to find a space. Blue line parking free 8pm to 10am. Large car park across the road quite expensive but very useful for unpacking. I usually found a white line space outside the apartment around 8.40 am for some reason. No reason to move the car really as most things we wanted to do or visit were within walking distance. Can't wait to go back to this apartment!

Thanks for your comment. Regarding to the private parking, it's hard to find rental parkings near the apartment, we found only this looking for whole 6 months.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Pedro war super nett auch wenn er nicht deutsch spricht hat die Kommunikation super geklappt ,Die Lage ist ein Traum, morgens am Balkon Frühstück und abends mit einem Tischgrill schön den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Alles war super. Die Waschmaschine muss man als deutscher erstmal verstehen aber wenn man es raus hat ist auch das kein Problem . Klimaanlage war top, haben die Zeit im Apartment sehr genossen und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Danke Pedro. Das Auto kann man ca 5 Minuten fußläufig in einer Garage parken wo es super geschützt steht.

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en este alojamiento y en Roses y alrededores en general. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y con una terraza y vistas magníficas. Las fotos reflejan bien cómo es. Muy recomendable para familias numerosas. Gracias a Lluis, el propietario, y a Pedro, que han sido muy atentos y encantadores.

Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Möbilierung der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Der Parkplatz war leider keine 100 Meter sondern 450 Meter entfernt. War mit Gepäck und Einkaufen sehr schwierig. Was fehlte waren Töpfe mit Deckel. Es gab leider nur einen Topf mit Deckel und einen Schnellkochtopf. Kaffeemaschine war sehr schmutzig, wir haben uns eine neue gekauft. Alles andere war in Ordnung. Man war schnell am Strand, im Hafen und in der Stadt. Restaurants waren fußläufig zu erreichen.

Séjour et appartement plus que recommandés

Appartement très bien situé, propre et spacieux, superbe vue depuis la chambre parentale et le salon. Un grand merci à Pedro pour son accueil et à Ester pour sa disponibilité. Seul bémol, il manque une isolation phonique car le logement est un peu bruyant le soir.

Cette semaine, nous avons changé les portes en aluminium qui donnent accès à la terrasse, au salon et à la suite. Avec ce changement, nous améliorons l'isolation thermique et phonique des deux pièces. J'espère te revoir bientôt! Esther
