Vinaio is a spacious cottage located on the ground floor inside the pretty village of Montefiorile. It is ideal as a base for a couple who wants to explore this beautiful and unspoiled area of Tuscany or as a refuge for two people who want to relax and enjoy the tranquility and spectacular scenery directly from the privacy of their own garden.

The property has a small terraced garden in the front which is furnished with a table and chairs; an ideal place to enjoy the morning sun at breakfast. From here you enter a very bright and spacious environment, where the living area, dining room and kitchen are located. It is comfortably furnished with a sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. The dining room has an oak table and traditional Tuscan chairs.
On the right is a very well equipped country style kitchen. The kitchen includes gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There is no traditional oven.
The bedroom has a double bed with a wrought iron headboard, a large oak wardrobe and a fan. The window has a mosquito net.

Montefiorile is a small village of 14 villas located in a quiet location in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine area. The village is located on a hill and the houses enjoy a splendid view of the vineyards and olive groves. Built in recent years, next to the nearby village of Montebuoni, using local stones and materials, it preserves the atmosphere of a Tuscan hill village with the advantage of features such as windows and doors larger than usual that allow light and air to enter in the properties.

The salt water swimming pool is located at a high point behind the village and is surrounded by terraced lawns which enjoy full sun all day long. The swimming pool is fenced and is 13 x 5 There is a covered parking at the bottom of the village and the houses are reached by winding gravel paths and stone steps lined with aromatic herbs, while the native oaks offer a precious welcome shade. The open square in the center can be enjoyed by all residents and is lined with centuries-old olive trees. This is an excellent vantage point for appreciating the views by day or for a walk under the starry skies at night. Montefiorile is an ideal base for exploring local villages, the castles of Brolio or Meleto and enjoying tasting in one of the area's vineyards.
