Die Unterkunft war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber, neu und wirklich nicht weit vom Meer. Paolo war immer erreichbar und ein wunderbarer Host. Lage war insofern nur 4 Punkte da der Nachbarshund furchtbar laut war. Aber das kann auch an unserer Empfindlichkeit liegen.

Eine wunderbare Woche...

Es war eine wunderbare Woche in Avola für uns. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt - neu renoviert und sauber - nur die Via Pierre Gobetti runterlaufen und man war am Strand. Paolo war sehr hilfsbereit und hat jederzeit unterstützt. Gerne kommen wir ein zweites Mal. Herzliche Grüße, Steffi

Sehr schöne Wohnung ganz nah am Sandstrand!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne erholsame Zeit in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Besonders toll ist die Nähe zum Meer! Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation waren supernett und unkompliziert. Mein Eindruck: Nur wenige Sizilianer sprechen so gut Englisch wie der Vermieter! Prädikat: Empfehlenswert! Grazie, Paolo!

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße. Wenn man diese runtergeht steht man praktisch direkt am Meer. Ausserdem sind in dem Ort auch einige zentral gelegene Pizzerien und Restaurants vorhanden. Der Vermieter der Wohnung war immer hilfsbereit, freundlich und direkt zur Stelle wenn es eine Frage oder ein Problem gab. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert und einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt. Grazie Paolo 😀

Non solo mare

La casa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, anzi le foto non le rendono giustizia. È confortevole e ben attrezzata. È a due passi dal mare e la spiaggia in fondo alla strada è davvero bellissima. Il proprietario Paolo e’ cordiale, attento e disponibile. La posizione della casa è perfetta per chi vuole girare e vedere le mille altre spiagge della zona così come le meravigliose città e località quali Noto, Siracusa, Marzamemi, Modica, Scicli. La mer à portée de la main - Il mare a portata di mano

L’appartement est bien conçu et très propre : les lits sont confortables, les salles de bain fonctionnelles, la cuisine et le salon bien équipés. Autre point positif, la plage est au bout de la rue ! Le propriétaire Paolo est très accueillant et attentif aux demandes de ses locataires. L’appartamento è ben concepito e pulitissimo : i letti sono confortevoli, i bagni funzionali, la cucina e il salotto ben accessoriati. Altro punto positivo, la spiaggia è alla fine della via ! il proprietario Paolo è molto accogliente e attento alle domande degli inquilini. Franck
