Apartment, 5 min from cable car, Mont Blanc view, sleeps 4, WIFI

First thing to know is that our apartment is not a luxury hotel . It's a lovely apartment that we want to classify within the year (2 or 3 stars, we hope) A contract is filled , signed and the tenant and ourselves must respect it. Contract has been filled and signed but not fully respected from both sides. First thing to know is that the full renting price has not been paid before arrival. We accepted that and agreed with the tenant that an amount will be deducted from the deposit. Second point is that the tenant has forgotten to ask for linen of beds and we succeeded in giving them what they wanted in the very last moment (charge for renting linen has been deducted from the deposit). For the check-in, we have informed our tenant (before their arrival) that keys will be under the mat. Our phone numbers have been given to them for any problems. It would have been easy for us or for our help at Chamonix to be on the spot in case of problem. During the week, we called them, we sent mail but no news. The person who help us at Chamonix came till the apartment and left them all informations to have a rendez-vous but still no news...we knew that they was someone in the apartment because lights were switch on but nobody to answer... The last day, still no news. Our help came for the check-out (ten minutes before 11H as written in the contract). She met our tenant while leaving the apartment....2 minutes later and no tenant again ! Garbages were waiting in front of the open door, Our help took food off the kitchen and housework was not corresponding to cleanliness standard criteria. Finally, we didn't charge the tenant for the handle (oven), just for the cleaning....and our tenant has been driven by our help to her next holidays place at Chamonix (with no charge !). For information to people who are interested in our apartement, the owen will be replaced soon, dishwater and microwave are recent (last year). Coffe machine also as it has been broken and replaced by this tenant. We've never had problem with the shower...maybe this tenant could have contacted us or our help to resolve this problem. .....Shower has been clean after departure. For the weekafter this renting , another tenant left comments also, please read them. Maybe these problems occured because contract has not been fully respected from both sides (full renting price/ deposit/check in). Trust and friendship, that's what we want to have with our tenants.
