Great, quiet location on the south end of Isla Mujeres with a million dollar view. Easy walking distance to a number of restaurants and beach clubs. Easy check-in and great communication with the host. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Hector is a star! He took very good care of us. The condo is very nice - the view is spectacular. We are women who are in our 70s so the stairs were a test but younger people would not have that problem.

Our condo was perfect, the views all day long were amazing. The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay with our kids. Hèctor was so helpful with helping get us a golf cart for a couple of days and helping arrange taxis for our departure to the ferry. Our days were spent either at the beach club directly below the condo or at the amazing infinitely pool.

A beautiful week at Isla Mujeres

Great Vacay

Great spot near Punta Sur

Our family of four really enjoyed this condo--the view was spectacular, and there were several places to eat and drink within walking distance. About a 5 to 10 minute walk to gorgeous Punta Sur. Our host was very helpful and attentive.

If you are looking to stay on the quieter side of the island, this location is great. Property was as described. Beautiful views. Furnishings could use an update but did not impact our stay. Washer/dryer was very useful. I would stay here again!

Beautiful condo on South End of Isla

We had a wonderful time on Isla Mujeres with our adult children. The condo was well appointed with everything you need in kitchen - microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher and washing machine. We rented a golf cart for the entire stay - Hector helped us arrange all of our transportation needs. I highly recommend this condo!

Spacious 2bdrm/3 beds in small quiet complex. Only drawback is stairs to top floor. Vertical pool was wonderful! Walking distance to a few good restaurants ( The Joint-fun+ music) and beautiful Punta Sur. Gerardo was very responsive to all our questions.

Thanksgiving getaway!

We had a wonderful time in Isla Mujeres. This was our second time visiting the Island, but had previously stayed on the North side. We really enjoyed staying on the quieter South side this time. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, great air conditioning and we loved the pool. The owner and property manager went out of their way to assist us many times. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

First off, a guy named Hector contacted me not the host. He said he was Operations Manager. Hector did not meets us upon arrival. When got into unit, no air conditioning. We contacted Hector no response till Monday. They tried to make the air conditioner work, but we spent three off on, with no AC. The condo was great except for AC. It was quiet, the infinity pool was relaxing, a quick the beach down from unit quiet. We loved this end island. Jerry tried to make accommodations, on next stay.

Best spot on the island!

From the moment we landed until the moment we left everything was taken care of. They booked our transportation and our golf cart for the week so all we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. The views from the patio and pool can’t be beat. I love having the washing machine so I could do laundry at night.We will definitely be back! We love Sotavento Isla!

Great little condo with amazing view. It could probably handle a little bit of updating and we had several problems with the AC but they were resolved quickly. Great communication with our manager.

Great location and amazing views

The Sotavento Isla condo was perfect for our family. We loved the condo and the views never get old. Being on the second floor and having two floors made it seem like we were right on the water when we were a street away. We also enjoyed the infinity lap pool with ocean views, which was great for relaxation and doing laps. We chose the punta sur area for the quiet and to get away from the touristy city center in the north. We were not disappointed and a number of tasty restaurants and fun beach clubs were in walking distance. We took a cab when needed to get to and from the ferry, tours, and restaurants in punta norte. Hector was amazimg and quickly responded when we had issues. Great vacation and ideal home away from home.
