•Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Year’s may not be accepted unless they are 10 days or longer.  Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This home has wall to wall windows allowing you to relax in the living room and kitchen while taking in the amazing views that stretch from Morro Rock to Cayucos. This oceanfront home is just steps to the beach, so the kids will love it - they can head to the beach while mom and dad watch from the patio! This home has great indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out in. All the beds are new and it is nicely decorated with a beachy theme throughout. The large patio area is on the ocean side of the house and has inviting, comfortable patio furniture so you can enjoy a beer or glass of wine in the evening while watching the amazing sunsets that Morro Bay offers.

The Morro Bay area offers so many outdoor activities – biking, hiking, surfing, kayaking, exploring the ocean tide pools and much more. There are also many cultural programs offered through Cal Poly and the local artist groups in the area. And if you are a connoisseur of wine, you don’t want to miss wine tasting in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo wine regions. Be sure to check the local publications so you can participate in a few of the many festivals and special events that happen in the area. The location is excellent. The beds are comfortable and kitchen has adequate pots and pans, silverware, mugs etc. Could use a small liquid measuring cup. Bathroom hook in master bath by the shower needs to be fixed. Late afternoon gets very warm due to sun coming into house and there is no air conditioning but evenings cool house down with a few open windows. Outdoor patio is very nice . The garage with the ping pong, pool and fuss ball was fun for the kids.

Your home is beautiful and in a great location! Everything was really clean and tidy. Thanks for the thought and preparation for our stay. For us the biggest criticism was the quality of the mattresses. We are older and just didn’t sleep well at all on any of your mattresses. I finally was able to rest on the couch. The other suggestion is that the frying pans and cooking spatula was old and worn. We just bought us some while we were there. And one small thing is that the fridge needs a new filter and only produced crushed ice but the garage fridge had a good supply. Thanks for asking. And thanks for renting us your home. Wonderful location! Sand dollars all over the beach! The ping pong, an puzzle and movies kept us happy on a rainy day… A bike ride distance to Morro rock… Walking distance to the tide pools.
