Guests will not be able to make noise on the terrace (loud talking, music, etc ...) after 11:30 p.m. to respect the sleeping hours of the neighbors. If not carried out, the property may terminate the stay at any time, having to vacate the property immediately.

Great apartment, but a few considerations

This apartment is modern, very clean, and perfect for a couple of nights while exploring Mallorca. The highlights include comfortable bedrooms, good beds, great showers, a well-equipped kitchen, and useful amenities. It's also located in central Mallorca, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. Parking can be a bit of a challenge—finding a spot near the central square or surrounding streets is difficult, as spaces are often unavailable. Additionally, the address listed on VRBO was incorrect, and when we arrived late in the evening, we couldn’t reach the rental agency by phone. We had to dig through previous emails to find the actual address, which was inconvenient. Also, all pre-arrival communication, including payment, is handled through the rental agency and not via the VRBO app, which is less practical. On the day of our arrival, I had to reach out myself to get the check-in information, which could have been better organized.

Dear Bert, Many thanks for your feedback. Lloseta is small town and you can find free parking in the streets near the house. All the guests receive a message 48h prior to the arrival to complete the damage deposit block. Once it is completed you receive the code for the lockbox. In this case you did not completed it until the same morning of your arrival, this is the reason why you receive the code then. If you would have done before, you would have received the code earlier :) In the same message there is the exact address of the apartment. Thanks for your stay!

Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet

Bei unserem Aufenthalt im April 2024 fanden wir eine ganz neue Wohnung vor. Bei den 70 cm dicken Wandmauern und abgeschalteter Heizung war es ungemütlich kalt. Den versprochenen Stellplatz gab es nicht. Meistens 10 Minuten Fussweg bis zum nächsten freien Parkplatz in der Straße am Bahnhof. Im persönlichen Innenhof Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Einkaufen und Restaurants 2 Minuten entfernt. Sehr gute Betten

Dear Arno, Many thanks for your feedback. As you really informed the apartment was totally renovated before your arrival (you were the first guests staying there). As you knew from the advert the heating has an extra cost per night, you never asked us to pay this and turn on during your stay. If you would have done it, of course you would have had it. Hemos estado muy cómodos en la casa. Lo único que hemos echado en falta algún aplique en los baños para colgar las toallas mojadas.
