Apartment with a lovely view

We were 2 families staying together in the apartment. We loved the balcony and its view! The area was really nice and it was a nice walk both to the beach and the center of the town. We can recommend this apartment and hope to come back one day!

Excellent located apartment with all that it describes Inc a smaller additional bedroom. Deposit on check in required which would have been good to know in advance .advance.

Fantastic vacation in Blanes

We had an amazing vacation!!! Great place, breathtaking views, convenient location (we were next to everything!!), well-maintained beaches, convenient parking, and endless options to dine and entertain. There were seven of us including 3 young children and all of us had a great time and found something to do. There are 3 playgrounds between this property and kid's beach. One of them is conveniently located next to the apartment building. And the beach is less than a 2-minute walk away. Also, there is one of the best Tapas Bars in town located on the first floor of the apartment building. That being said, we were never bothered by noise at night. Our apartment had everything we needed for a two-week stay. Marta was super responsive, accommodating, and flexible. We flew to Blanes from the United States and Marta made sure that we can get to the property ASAP knowing that we travelled for a long time which was much appreciated. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

Tolles Apartment mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Hafen

Das Apartment war im gesamten gesehen gut. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Ruhe in der Nacht waren unbeschreiblich schön. Das Apartment sonst benötigt allerdings für die Zukunft eine ordentliche Auffrischung. Das Doppelbett im Doppelzimmer ist in Ordnung. Die getrennten Betten im 2. Schlafzimmer sind jedoch nur Drahtliegen, die Ohrenbetäubend knarren. Auch im Einzelzimmer ist die Liege nur eine Drahtliege. Im Kinderzimmer ebenso. Die Kinder haben jedoch gut geschlafen. Diese Betten müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Alle Bäder benötigen eine Auffrischung. Beide Badewannen sind verrostet und alle Armaturen sind zu erneuern. Auch die Küche ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der Backofen ist so klebrig, dass man ihn wirklich nicht benutzen konnte. Für 250 € die Nacht sollte man das doch zu Herzen nehmen und renovieren. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell und schön und man kann vom Esstisch auch auf dem Hafen schauen. Es existieren keine Außenduschen, wie in der Anzeige angegeben waren. Es stehen keine privaten Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Parken ist öffentlich und die Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig. Am Wochenende ist es nahezu unmöglich in der Hauptsaison einen Parkplatz zu finden. Darauf möchten wir nur hinweisen, da wir als Suchfilter einen Parkplatz angegeben hatten.

Sehr schöne, zentralgelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön und groß. wir waren 2 Familien mit Kindern, für alle war genug Platz. Genial ist, dass da 3 Bäder gibts! Ein Stern ziehe ich für die quitschenden Türen und Betten (in einem Schlafzimmer). Ablagefläche in 2 Bäden haben uns auch gefehlt. Gut ausgestattet, vor Allem Kilimaanlage ist guld wert. sejour tres bien appartement tres bien a part les fenetres des chambres qui donnent sur un patio fermé le parking est payant , taxe de sejour a regler a l'arrivée et caution aussi a l'arrivée (cela n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce) et pour cuisiner pour 7 personnes il faudrait plus d'ustensiles ...plats poêles. sinon propriétaires très gentils
