Starry nights and sunny days at Norfolk coastal cottage with oak beams, huge inglenook with multi-fuel stove, central and underfloor heating . Suitable for two adults comfortably but additional adult size bunk provides a double below and single above. Technically, we can sleep five adults but I favour two couples or a family. Not keen on ‘city boys’ getaways’ Outside, direct views from kitchen window to sand dunes beyond which stretch miles of sandy beach. South facing sun trap garden, walled on two sides, fenced on the third. Parking comfortably for a 4x4 or, at a squeeze, two small cars. Provided are a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, hob, fan oven, extractor fan, slow cooker. There is a small bathroom with a free-standing shower (no bath). Upstairs two separate but adjoining south-facing bedrooms, more beams and views over garden to gate and field beyond. Comfortable pocket sprung mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows and duvets provided. Chests of drawers and bedside tables, hanging cupboard, hairdryer.

Beautiful homely cottage full of character. Spotlessly clean, cosy and warm, comfortable beds. Great location, lots to see within short distance. Fantastic view from kitchen across field to sand dunes, nice to be able to walk to the beach and leave the car behind. We had a fab stay, will definitely be back.
We absolutely loved our stay. Ali was so lovely and helpful. We loved the changes Ali has made to the cottage since we last stayed (it was owned by someone else then). The beds are incredibly comfy and the furniture is quality.
It was our little haven for the few days we stayed. Thank you Ali for making our stay wonderful.
This is our second visit to this property in 3 months & it’s perfect for what we want. The cottage is clean, well equipped & cozy & is situated close to Sea Palling’s excellent beach & local amenities. The area has lovely walks & is an ideal place for us to bring our dog away with us. The owner is very responsive to any questions or queries you may have & we will definitely be visiting again.
Nice cottage on Norfolk coast. Well located for exploring the Broads and the coastline. House itself is well-appointed and comfortable. We had a great time!
We enjoyed our 4 night break. Close to the sea with beautiful beaches within walking distance. It is small and cosy, ideal for 2 adults even though there are 2 bedrooms. It was very warm and with very comfortable beds. There was a good shower room with excellent shower and lovely hot water. Unfortunately this is downstairs which is fine unless you need the loo at night.
We have just enjoyed a 3 night stay and this cottage is perfect for those seeking respite and relaxation. With long beach walks on your doorstep and a cosy living room to return to, we really enjoyed our peaceful stay. The cottage is well equipped and the beds and bedding were very comfortable too. Highly recommended!
3 day break over the New Year, very nice cottage and suited us as a couple with 2 dogs. Everything you need is there. 5 mins from the beach and plenty of good local walks nearby, we enjoyed our stay
Lovely cottage with lots of added extras such as towels, washing up liquid, bread eggs and lots more a great surprise. Our car broke down on the way there and we were without one for the week but because of the location still had a good time.
Julie was excellent and really helpful Thank you.
Superb cottage with all you could need and more. Slept like a log on such a comfortable bed with cosy decor and all the kitchen equipment you could wish for. Welcome hamper was an unexpected bonus and delicious.
This is a lovely, quaint cottage, with useful parking for one large, or two small cars. It is comfortable and well equipped. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket. The cottage is very dog friendly, has a nice enclosed garden and is in a great location for walks and the beach. We had a lovely relaxing break here.
The property was beautiful and the enclosed garden was ideal for our dog Rex. There was a lovely welcome hamper which even had treats for Rex. Ideally situated with local amenities and the beach and dog friendly pub at the end of the street. Couldn’t ask for more 😍
