Modern one-bedroom duplex penthouse with a large 52m² private chill-out terrace. Enjoy a magnificent location, next to the Alfalfa square in the heart of Seville, less than 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

On the lower floor is the living room furnished with a sofa, coffee table, television, extendable dining table and chairs.

For those who like music, they can enjoy Hi-Fi equipment.

Next to the living room, and with an independent entrance, is the well-equipped kitchen with the necessary utensils and appliances. With dishwasher and washing machine.

A hallway leads to the bedroom decorated with a unique reproduction VERDURE DES FLANDRES (G. B.) Edition d'Art de Rambouillet company. With two single beds pushed together, large fitted wardrobe and window.

Next to the bedroom is the bathroom, covered in marble and with a shower tray.

From the living room, the stairs go up to the upper floor with a sunny terrace.

The terrace is decorated with natural plants and garden furniture (Skyline Design Furniture): sun lounger, coffee table, outdoor sofa-seats, awning and dining table - an ideal place to relax and enjoy the Seville sun. There is also an exercise bike for the most sportsmen.

In a world of VRBO properties where the "owner" is not present when you arrive, Miguel is the very pleasant exception. He will greet you at the door, spend all the time necessary to show you the apartment, how things work, do's and don'ts, and answer any questions you may have. There are written instructions on how to get to one of the food markets nearby, as well as how to get to the nearest trash recepticles. The apartment is spotlesss, comfortable and cozy, with a terrace to die for. The location couldn't be any better. We've been twice now and look forward to future trips as well.

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Miguel met us and helpfully oriented us to the apartment. The kitchen had plentiful dishes and supplies, and the rooftop terrace had amazing views. We also appreciated having a washing machine. Highly recommend.

A great little apartment for a couple for a short stay in Seville. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk to to cathedral in one direction and 10 minutes walk to the Setas de Sevilla in the opposite direction, and yet it’s in a very quiet and safe area with no disturbance. It’s very clean and cosy, the bed is firm but very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe storage with lots of hangers. The shower is powerful and plenty of hot water. There’s a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob and fridge freezer in the kitchen with plenty of dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid, toilet paper and kitchen paper.The air conditioning is good and extremely quiet. The rooftop terrace is a lovely area with great views across the rooftops of Seville, especially at night when the many surrounding churches are lit up.Miguel is a very gracious host. His communication was perfect and he met us on arrival and explained in detail the workings of the appliances, blinds etc.

Really excellent accommodation very close to tourist spots

This is a very high standard of accommodation centrally located but also quiet - it’s the ideal for us ! The booking and access was easy and helpful. You have all the modern conveniences in the apartment and there is a great roof patio to relax when it gets too hot. Really recommend !

Amazing stay

The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Walking distance to many areas and an easy Uber to everything else. The private rooftop was amazing and Rosario was great with any questions we had.

This place was fantastic! Such a beautiful place with comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen and stunning rooftop terrace. Also, having a washing machine was helpful halfway through our vacation. And the location was perfect. Close to fun bars and excellent restaurants and a short walk to major sites like the cathedral. Miguel was an excellent host and made it very easy to check in and out. Would stay here again, highly recommended.

Great location, near bars, restaurants and all the tourist sights but in a quiet street. Roof top patio was very spacious and provided shade or sun. Miguel was there to greet us and show us around the apartment, which was clean and spacious and as the cleaner had finished we were able to check in a little earlier. The bed was comfy but the pillows were hard. Plenty of wardrobe space. There is a supermarket a few minutes away. There are luggage storage facilities a few mins walk away which costs around 5 - 10 euros, if you have a late flight after checkout. I would recommend staying here, it was a great find !

Great host and beautiful accommodations!

Miguel was the perfect host and went above and beyond to help us with our check in on Monday during the power outage. He drove with us to the train station to help with our rental car drop off and went grocery shopping with us, made sure we had candles and checked in with us the next day to be sure the power was restored. We loved the apartment, clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to see!

Beautiful stay at this apartment in Seville - the view from the upstairs terrace was amazing! Owner was super helpful- after a terrible rain storm most of the roads into the city were closed. He came to the airport and picked us up - he was so nice not sure how we would’ve arrived that day without his help! Thank you Miguel!

Miguel has a lovely apartment in a great location for exploring Sevilla. He was gracious and helpful as we arrived in the middle of the Three Kings parade. He helped us drag our luggage half a mile through the festival!The apartment has everything you might need and the terrace is a plus in good weather. Our weather was cool and a bit wet so we were not able to enjoy it as much as we had planned.

Wonderful Sevilla property

The apartment was lovely. Felt like home as soon as we walked in. Miguel was very helpful with recommendations and overall very responsive. The rooftop terrace is beyond! The view during the day / night is beautiful. Overall can’t say enough about the property and Miguel. Definitely recommend.

Special apartment in a fantastic location

We spent five days in Sevilla in this lovely apartment in the rain! It was perfect! Everything we needed was there including a couple of umbrellas! The apartment was an easy stroll to everything we wanted to see in Sevilla. I doubt you could find a nicer place to stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality Miguel.
