The accommodation includes four bedrooms: a ground-floor double with en-suite bath, basin, and WC; a first-floor twin with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC; a first-floor twin with en-suite cloakroom with basin and WC; and a first-floor double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC. There is also a wet room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
Amenities include electric central heating, 6 TVs with Freeview, DVD, DAB radio, Bose speaker, WiFi, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. Fuel and power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Highchair and two travel cots are available on request. Off-road parking is available for three cars.
Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with a gravelled seating area, furniture, spacious lawn, children’s play area with Wendy house, BBQ, and a wood-fired hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.

Several excellent stretches of the SW Coast Path, the beaches at Sandy Mouth and Welcombe Mouth, Hartland Point Quay and Lighthouse and the beautiful cliff-side village of Clovelly and bike riding on the Tarka Trail are some of the attractions that should not be missed in this fascinating area.
