Just three miles from the coastline and sandy beaches, this well-appointed, detached holiday bungalow is tucked away on a no through road in the pretty conservation village of Ringstead. Situated on the Peddar’s Way, a popular walking and cycling route, and overlooks open fields. Seaside resort of Hunstanton, 4 miles. Bird reserve at Holme Next the Sea, 3 miles. Golf and fishing nearby. Shops, restaurant and pub 1/4 mile.

Well we were slightly disappointed if we were a family of 4 or less perfect but very cramped for 6.

Well we were slightly disappointed if we were a family of 4 or less perfect but very cramped for 6. The lounge come dining room was just not big enough to accommodate the large table and 6 chairs. The property was a bit dated but on the upgrade judging by the master and en-suite which together were actually bigger than the lounge, diner and kitchen put together!! It was ideally situated for that area of Norfolk. Access was easy, beds were comfortable and the rising chair in the lounge great for my disabled father. As a whole it was a great relaxing week away just very cramped. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

This was our 14th visit to Crabtrees,which speaks for its self !! We appreciated the new bedroom wardrobes and carpet which are lovely. The cottage is always spotlessly clean and cosy,and in our favourite area of North Nortfolk. Have already booked to return in March.

Lovely cottage, if you want a quite peaceful location this is perfect. Fully equipped they had everything you could possibly need. The furniture is lovely and comfortable especially the beds so cosy we all slept so well. Couldn't ask for more we had been going to a different location and was disappointed to learn it was being sold but this place is even better. So much so we booked up for next year before we had left.

A homely bungalow with completely enclosed front and rear gardens that are ideal, especially the rear, for a very active toddler to run around. The house is comfortable, though if we were six adults eating together would be a little cramped, however 5 adults and a toddler had no problems. The ensuite bathroom is spacious, the family shower room adequate and the shower was easy to control and had plenty of hot water for all of us. The kitchen was fine with everything you could expect and had plenty of crockery and cutlery. Some cottages provide the bare minimum of such but this one supplied more than enough. We all enjoyed our stay here and a further positive point is that there was space for our three cars inside the gate and all were on the drive not on the grass. We would use the property again should we chose to stay in this area again.

A really great place to stay.

A really great place to stay. Clean, well equipped and not too far to local beaches via car. You could probably walk it in an hour but I wouldn’t fancy walking along the lanes. Would highly recommend to anyone. We stayed with a 1-year old and a 5-year old and it was perfect for them.
