A great little cottage close to the village. The furnishings are more on the basic side, but there is everything you need to have a great holiday in this cosy cottage.

Good spacious house.
Good spacious house. Great location on the edge of the village. Nice, small enclosed garden (good for a dog). Comfortable house and furnishings, if a little dated. Would really benefit from having wifi! Had a great time!

Great location for cycling and walking. Cottage clean and comfortable. Better instructions for arrival would be good as current ones not clear. Local shop and butcher excellent.

From previous mixed reviews we weren’t quite sure what to expect so we were very pleasantly surprised. The cottage was perfect, clean comfortable and very cosy. We loved the luxury of the fireplace. If you like being outdoors, you have endless routes through the beautiful forest from right outside the cottage. It can be confusing to find initially, but the postcode gets you close enough and we used photo of the other cottage on the property as a landmark.

A comfortable cottage, which met our needs.
A comfortable cottage, which met our needs. However the directions were misleading. It is after the 30mph sign and just before the Nethy Bridge village sign. Also the cottage has been painted a dark colour, so does not look like the photograph. The drive is shared and you need to access through the garden of the adjacent cottage, which was not mentioned in the directions and there is no house name at the roadside, so it is difficult to locate.

Comfortable family home in great location, perfect for exploring the Cairngorms and in fairly easy reach of the west coast town of Fort William and good links to the north west coast with its wonderful beaches. The pictures and address were wrong on our paperwork from the holiday company but of course nothing to detract from the house itself. If booking it’s worth searching neighbouring property “Cotterton Beag” for true interior pics.

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed at the garden and some areas of the cottage
. It did not compare at all with the description viewed on line. In fact many of the pictures were of the cottage and garden next door. Equipment for attending to the living room open fire rendered it unsafe since there were no tongues or poker. A definite hazard was the recliner chair. it had woodden struts placed underneath and would have been a definite danger hazard for an elderly person who would be likely to use it. The cottage was really a bit "tired" to be honest.
We were happy that it was safe for our two wee pets and we also knew the car was safe!

Clunymhore was all we expected and more.
Clunymhore was all we expected and more. We love peace and quiet and to find ourselves backing on to the Abernethy Forest was a delight! We saw roe deer and many birds around the site which we loved. And we didn't have to go far to enjoy lovely walks. The cottage was light, bright and clean. Excellent!

We've stayed here four times previously but we weren't as pleased with our stay. The property was covered in cobwebs so I had to get the cleaner out. There was hardly and cutlery and the crockery was chipped. There were no shelves in the door of the fridge either.
We had major plumbing problems but these were dealt with promptly by the owner.
