A three bedroom cottage located on a working farm with stunning coastal views and access to 15 acres of woodland. Only two miles from a wonderful sandy beach. . Ground Floor:

Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. No pets in July and August.. Situated in a lovely rural valley and surrounded by open countryside, this pair of delightful holiday cottages enjoy wonderful views over to the sea at Mawgan Porth. Away from farm traffic, on a small organic working cattle and sheep farm, enjoy watching the young farm animals, or feel free to walk the nature trail set in 15 acres of woodland valley, which is home to a variety of wildlife. Mawgan Porth, 2 miles, has a wonderful sandy beach and an 18-hole golf course. Both the resorts of Newquay and picturesque Padstow are within an 8 mile radius. The Eden Project is also within easy reach and Watergate Bay, is only 3 miles away. The idyllic village of St Mawgan, 1 mile, has interesting antique and craft shops, a pub and post office with tea room and a Bonsai nursery. Porth View (B5601) and Merlin View (B5602) can be booked together to accomodate up to 12 guests.

Pretty much home from home

Lovely 4 night stay, cottage was very clean, warm & comfortable, we know the area well & the location is only 10 or so minutes drive to the beach & padstow. The TV signal wasn't great, couldn't get netflicks at all so would bring our fav DVDs next time, also as seems to be the case with most holiday cottages a large non-stick frying pan would be nice.

The cottage was lovely, very clean.

The cottage was lovely, very clean. It was quite far away from a main road, and you had to go down a single track road to the get to the cottage. It would be worth stating this on the description. Also there was no phone signal nor internet at the cottage.
