A three bedroom cottage located on a working farm with stunning coastal views and access to 15 acres of woodland. Only two miles from a wonderful sandy beach.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher

First Floor:

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

Bedroom 3: Bunk (3ft) Beds

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Attachment, Toilet. Stairgate. Wi-Fi included.. Both properties: Air source heat pump central heating and electricity (first £10 included, remainder by meter reading), and bed linen included. Cot and highchair. Utility room with £1 coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other cottage on-site). Payphone (shared). Enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only. No pets in July and August.. Situated in a lovely rural valley and surrounded by open countryside, this pair of delightful holiday cottages enjoy wonderful views over to the sea at Mawgan Porth. Away from farm traffic, on a small organic working cattle and sheep farm, enjoy watching the young farm animals, or feel free to walk the nature trail set in 15 acres of woodland valley, which is home to a variety of wildlife. Mawgan Porth, 2 miles, has a wonderful sandy beach and an 18-hole golf course. Both the resorts of Newquay and picturesque Padstow are within an 8 mile radius. The Eden Project is also within easy reach and Watergate Bay, is only 3 miles away. The idyllic village of St Mawgan, 1 mile, has interesting antique and craft shops, a pub and post office with tea room and a Bonsai nursery. Porth View (B5601) and Merlin View (B5602) can be booked together to accomodate up to 12 guests.

Beautiful Farm, great hospitality! Well Recommended.

The farm was lovely with nice views and the accommodation is very clean and confortable. We had everything we needed and it's nice located to move around to visit Cornwall. Nancy, David and their family were there to welcome us and we enjoyed the truly cornish hospitality. Our little girl loved the animals and the trampoline in the garden. We Recommend this place for families with kids.

Pretty much home from home

Lovely 4 night stay, cottage was very clean, warm & comfortable, we know the area well & the location is only 10 or so minutes drive to the beach & padstow. The TV signal wasn't great, couldn't get netflicks at all so would bring our fav DVDs next time, also as seems to be the case with most holiday cottages a large non-stick frying pan would be nice.

The cottage was very comfortable and clean with everything you need. Check out the cupboard under the stairs for things like pegs, BBQ utensils etc. Lovely views and owners were friendly and helpful. Only drawbacks were lack of mobile signal - there is WiFi but it hardly worked, this made booking activities tricky. Also the shower had really low water pressure so sand removal was challenging!

The cottage was lovely, very clean. It was quite far away from a main road, and you had to go down a single track road to the get to the cottage. It would be worth stating this on the description. Also there was no phone signal nor internet at the cottage.

Lovely 4 days in Cornwall, cottage was very clean and fitted us perfectly, 4 adults and 2 children, location is good with views over the rolling fields of this working farm, The Falcon inn located in the village is a few mins drive away and the food there was amazing. Beaches are only a few miles and lovely for the kids , if anything could be improved I’d say the shower was very poor and could do with updating but regardless of that it was lovely. It was nice having no internet or mobile signal as the kids found fun the old fashioned way .... lovely time had by all and we will return ....
