Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Separate Toilet.. Biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. . Patio with garden furniture. 200-acre grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring, and there is an unfenced stream in the grounds, 800 yards away.. This traditional farmhouse, converted into four cottages, offers spacious accommodation and is situated on a working farm of over 200 acres with woodland walks direct from the door. This semi-detached holiday property is only a short drive from Paisley and Glasgow, with museums, gardens, art galleries, superb shopping, restaurants, entertainment and night life. Also, it is only 35 miles away from Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park, one of Scotland’s most picturesque areas with excellent outdoor activities to be enjoyed, including walking, cycling, golf, fishing, pony trekking and water sports. Ayrshire with its stunning coastline, sandy beaches and historic sites is nearby and the islands of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae make for a great day out. The historic cities of Edinburgh and Stirling can be reached in an hour. Beach 17½ miles. Shop 4½ miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
