The cottage was beautiful and comfortable.
The cottage was beautiful and comfortable. We we're disappointed to have to clean oven pans and scrub the outdoor bbq before we could use it. There was sanitizing wipes and gel, but wouldnt say any deep cleaning had taken place due to covid. Despite this we had a lovely time. The village was quite and had a lovely ambience. It was a shame the local pub was closed during the week,

We stayed as a group of 9 & a dog in August and had a lovely time.
We stayed as a group of 9 & a dog in August and had a lovely time. The cottage had everything you needed and more, and was very dog friendly. We had kids with us who loved the park which is close by. Cottage was plenty big enough for us all, with lots of different sitting areas and spaces so we weren’t on top of each other. Location was handy for lots of different days out. Would highly recommend.

All the family had an excellent stay at Featherstone.
All the family had an excellent stay at Featherstone. loved the ditties and decoration around the place. It was very well presented and clean on arrival. One of my grandchildren was crying when she left as didn’t want to go home. Other two didn’t want to go home either. The children were safe to play in the garden we took a paddling pool and they loved it. Would recommend it.
