Fantastic Villa with private pool and terrific views!

Fantastic 300m2 design house, fully equipped, with a large living room of 50m2 living room and a spectacular kitchen with very sun light, private pool in a large green zone and a very spectacular views to the sea.
The villa is only 2 km away from the Sitges downtown, only 30' if you are like to walk. Is located in a very quiet neigborhood, Vallpineda, and perfect for familys and any person that find a special place to desconection. Inside the neighbohood there is a big sport facilities with tennis and padel courts as well.
The villa have are 4 rooms, all with air conditioning and double beds. The main room is really awesone with a very large bathroom with jacuzzi, king size bed and a terrifics views to the Medieterranean sea. Other room have a king size bed and bathroom included. And the others two rooms are equipped with a queen size bed. The living room also has air conditioning and you can cook that you want in our fantastic barbecue installled in the pool area.

Very impressive Villa at the top of Sitges. Amazing view of the town. Communication with hosts was very good, Villa had everything we needed and was immaculately cleaned before our arrival. Check in and out was seamless.

Sandra (&David) couldn’t have been more helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed Sitges. There were so many good places to eat & drink plus plenty of options if we didn’t fancy walking to or from town. The golf was enjoyable too.

What a lovely house close to Sitges. We’ve stayed for a week with our adult children and had a great time. Within short car trip Sitges is nearby. Great locations for dinner. And with 30min walk to the trainstation we were in Bar elona within an hour. We will come back!

Lovely house

Great house, Sandra was so helpful, before and during our stay. Great view, pool lovely. Walking distance to town (downhill) and easy taxis to come back up. Supermarket delivery available which made life easy.

A nice roomy home, a few minute drive from town

If it had been swimming season, we probably would have really enjoyed the pool and patio. We did enjoy the view of Sitges from its hilltop location, but it was a drive, not a walk into town. The home's furnishings are not up to the level of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed in but they did the job for our two-day stay.

The view was incredible, the pictures online do not do it justice. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and it's a short drive to the grocery store or into town to park.You definitely need to rent a car in my opinion. With the car we had freedom to go and do whatever we needed which was lovely.The owners were very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Any issues were attended to very quickly. The owner even helped map our trip into Barcelona.All in all, this was a lovely place to stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you to Sandra and David for a lovely stay!

Well appointed spacious villa

Very large villa, with lovely pool and well appointed. Lovely to have so much space, but is realistically about 30 mins into Sitges walk so worth noting this if you have kids/ mobility issues. For a group of adults not a problem at all and a nice downhill walk. Very spacious bedrooms and communal spaces. Excellent communication from the owner and seem less check in process Would happily return to this villa :)

Nice but needs updating

Property has great potential but needs updating. The pool deck is old and not the safest for small children. View was great and the inside was nice with some issue. Main bath smelled liked mold and could have been cleaned better. Overall it was good but based on our experience we would look elsewhere if in the area again. Lastly and maybe most importantly there were cameras in the living room and garage. Not sure if they were on, but we were not revealed to us prior to staying.

There are no cameras in the house. What you saw is an old motion detector alarm system that hasn't worked for a long time. The pool area is made of natural wood is polish and painted every year. The railing that protects it is precisely child-safe, that's why it closes inwards. No one has complained about it in the many years we have rented the house. The shower and toilet in the large bathroom were renovated just a year ago. No one had complained before about bad smell or dirt either. Your comment is a shame, but the truth is that if we did not take care of all the details of our villa, we would hardly have so many 5-star ratings.

Perfect, beautiful and peaceful place to stay, relax and enjoy in paradise!

Tucked away in the quiet hills overlooking the busy little resort town of Sitges, Town Center is a stunning indoor-outdoor house and pool. We went ready to conquer the shops and beaches, but we found ourselves relaxing and enjoying the house and view. Sandra, our host, is wonderful and gracious, and made the stay so easy. It's a steep climb up the driveway, and it's got some steps; but the cardio workout was well worth it! We were so impressed - a perfect choice of place! -- Tim F.

Everything about this stay was perfect!

The villa is amazing, immaculately clean, very high specification, gorgeous views over Sitges, amazing outside area and pool, and perfectly quiet at night. Sitges is a short walk away and a lovely town. Sandra is the most perfect host - everything was so perfectly explained that we didn’t need her assistance too much, but when we did see was so responsive and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this villa for travellers in any age group or demographic, and we can’t wait to go back ourselves.

Beautiful place & great views!

Place was very clean and host communication was clear and timely. Pool was great for kids. Absolutely beautiful view from the top floor. Excellent facilities and sparkling clean. The house is a short stroll from a supermarket and restaurant, where there is a lovely bar and seating area. The town of Sitges is down a winding road, about a 15min walk away, which really suited us as we had the best of both worlds - quiet place to stay and bustling town full of old world charm a stroll away. Love to visit again. Had a great stay here. Thoroughly recommended. Great place to stay for a relaxing holiday, close to the beaches of Sitges.

Muy contenta con mis vacaciones en esta villa, hay todo lo necesario para estar cómodo, descansar y disfrutar. La zona es muy tranquila, no hay vecinos y tiene mucha intimidad. Hello Sonia, Your comment has been a surprise for us. Our house has the best ratings on all tourist rental websites. It is true that it is 1.5 km from the center of Sitges. But that is a value for the house for its calm neighborhood and its beautiful views. Until now we have never had a complaint about the cleaning and, in your case, we would have had no problem solving it.

Really lovely villa for a family holiday. Secure fencing around the pool for our toddler. WiFi throughout. Lots of space. Great location, 30 min. from Barcelona. The host who greeted us was very helpful before and during our stay.

Vacaciones Fabulosas!

Hemos disfrutado mucho en Miramar, la casa realmente es preciosa, no falta detalle, limpia, amplia, ideal para unas vacaciones en familia, nos dejaron traer a nuestro perrito sin problemas y para nuestro bebé teníamos preparada una cuna y trona, tiene todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir de lujo, no quieres que se acabe.. ja ja, A una calle hay un supermercado que no cierra al medio día y en 5 minutos estás en el centro de Sitges, a media hora en coche de Barcelona. Sandra nos gestionó los taxis para el traslado al Aeropuerto. Recomiendo esta casa 100% Seguro que volveremos!

Fantastic experience, I love it!

Sandra's house at Sitges is ideal to get away from busy Barcelona for some days! It's near to Sitges and all the local attractions and beaches, while the house is situated in a residential, quiet area of town. The house is clean, comfortable and spacious. It has a nice porch and pool. Me and my wife felt really at home and welcomed at Sandra's and her family's home. The ambiance is relaxed and homely. We can't stop recommending her!

La casa es espectacular, totalmente equipada, muy amplia, todas las camas de matrimonio, bbq, la zona es espectacular, tienes mucha independencia con el resto de vecinos, la piscina transparente, tumbonas etc... Con unas vistas espectaculares de Sitges, estás a 5 minutos del centro, la recomiendo 100% Deseando volver! :)
