Lovely cosy cottage in a tranquil setting.

We loved our short stay in the cottage. The cottage is fully equipped with heating and a wood burner, essential for our stay at Christmas. The cottage offered peace and quiet in the countryside but was close enough to amenities when required. The owner was friendly and helpful on the phone before our arrival and we loved our stay here with our dog. We hope to stay again in the future.

A perfect cottage for exploring the local area - very clean, very peaceful and extremely well equipped. Owner very friendly and helpful. We and our dog Meg had a great week doing coastal walks, watching seals and exploring waterfalls on Loch Ness. Lovely to see the Clydesdale horses on the farm nearby each time we returned to the cottage. We would certainly revisit the area. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

the cottage is nice but is remote.

the cottage is nice but is remote.you need a car .you cant walk to nearest shop.the woods behind the cottage you can walk the dogs but no path. there is a secure front garden and bigger open garden. a gate on the drive would make it more secure, a clothes line for hanging out washing would of been useful . we would have liked to put the wood burning stove on .on the wet days that we had ,but it was obvious the owners did not want it on as there was a large bowl placed in front, and nil left out to light the stove,.the towels on arrival were still damp and not of good quality.i did not like the fact that they store the bucket and mop hooveretc in wardrobe, the bathroom smelt damp also,, Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had an amazing break with our two kids post lockdown.

We had an amazing break with our two kids post lockdown. Cottage was well equipped and spotless on our arrival. Garden was enclosed so good for kids/dogs. Good location for country walks/cycling and short car drive to Nairn beach which kids loved. Also did day trips to Black Isle. Really recommend! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
