Historical Cabin in Good Hart on M119 Tunnel of Trees Lake Michigan Beach Access

This stunning 125+ year old cabin in Good Hart with shared private beach access along the Tunnel of Trees is walking distance from Good Hart. Located on M-119, it is just 20 minutes North of Harbor Springs and 10 minutes North is Cross Village/Legs Inn & 35 minutes to the Mackinac Bridge

This is a perfect place to get away from it all whether you want to do a fall color tour, ski, motorcycle, or hit up all the gorgeous beaches this area has to offer. This is a beautiful spot to making some Northern Michigan memories!


**Please note this cabin does not have wifi or cell service (some carriers do work there better than others) There is service right down the road in the town of Good Hart if needed. When you are at the cabin, it time to really unplug and spend time with loved ones.

**The private beach property is a 10 minute walk away or 2 minute car ride and is one of the most stunning beaches in the area! **


Also, that this is an small cabin. Though it can sleep 6 with an pull out couch, it is something to think about space wise as its quite small :)

Loved our stay at this adorable cabin. Really enjoyed the seating nooks around the cabin and many books to browse. The garage was an added living space with seating, dining table, stove and grill. Very nice setting.

Loved the location! Right off the Tunnel of Trees, so close to the Good Hart General Store (we went often for pot pies, blueberry pie, pizza and danishes) and the private beach access. While we were staying, some of the Tunnel of Trees roadway was blocked, so there wasn't much traffic on the road. The layout of the cabin was great for us (2 adults, college kid, and 2 dogs). The large windows looking out onto nature were a huge plus. The cabin was well stocked and there was nothing that we needed. We weren't terribly far away from other towns if we wanted to visit, but could also enjoy the remoteness in nature. Would love a chance to stay again!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this 120 year old cabin, located on a large forested lot about a 10 min walk from the General Store in Good Hart. Cozy place with a nice outdoor fire pit, horseshoes, and garage apartment. Very quiet with frequent visits from the local neighbors, such as raccoons and chipmunks. A magical place.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy cabin. It feels like you are in a rural, secluded area, yet it is close to town, the beach, restaurants, and state parks. We loved it!

Fabulous vintage cabin, with beautiful add on rooms and up-to-date kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom. Vintage decor is rich and interesting. 100% comfort, all rooms, all furnishings, AND outside at campfire, front vintage Adirondack chairs, and kitchy garage den with fridge, barbecue, music, games, and bikes! The wi-fi worked all the time for our Verizon phones...Air conditioner in upstairs loft cooled entire house. It is located on M119, but privacy and quiet was still VERY HIGH and private access to beach a short walk or quick bike ride...easy to find. Chairs provided. Very private! ZERO suggestions, as it was PERFECT! Thank u Meg and Kathy - hosts supreme!

We loved the cabin in the woods!! Thebes was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. There was lots of thought put into this cabin and it shows great for little and big gatherings!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The hosts were gracious and helpful, and little touches for guests were very nice. The cabin is as advertised and the photos are accurate. Wonderful Cabin on The Tower of Trees

A beautiful cabin home that was a wonderful place to spend a week relaxing "off the grid". Close to beach on Lake Michigan and Good Hart General Store. The owners are so welcoming and friendly, everything you need in this lovely home. We will definitely return!

A wonderful sanctuary, just perfect

The cabin is one of two of the oldest in Good Hart. Lovely, just perfect in every way. From the setting, the beautifully decorated cabin, the wild life was an enjoyable show every night. Just out standing.

Perfect little cabin deep in a secluded area

We loved staying here! The cabin is very well stocked with everything that we needed. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped and we were able to use it to cook every day we stayed there with no troubles. It is just a short 2 minute drive to the private beach but it is a bit difficult to swim due to the larger rocks about 20 feet into the water. Very clean and very lovely. We will definitely be coming back!
