Built in the late Seventies, the villa is a typical holidays house in the hills, in the middle of a terraced garden, among lemon and fruit trees and flowers, overlooking the "Valle del Sarno". The villa has two levels, for a total of about 200 square meters. On the ground floor an open space with living, study area with fireplace, dining area, bathroom, and kitchen. On the second floor: three double bedrooms with access to the upper terrace, a bedroom with a bunk bed overlooking the pool, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Outside, wood-burning oven, barbecue, dining area, swimming-pool (6m x 15m), solarium, gazebo and a private parking area (for about 4 cars). The house is a typical holiday villa with 60s furnishings. The beautiful location on the Sarno valley and the lush green of the garden offer picturesque views from every corner of the house. The tranquility and the central position with respect to the region, make it ideal as a base of support for discovering Campania. But the villa can also be a place of vacation, or a residence for those who need a quiet place for studing or writing. Everyone in our house is welcome!

Fantastic villa - the views are incredible of Mount Vesuvius, and the villa is lovely. Huge pool, comfortable bedrooms, excellent aircon, everything we needed. The hosts are great - they met us on arrival, despite us being late. And when I had 2 questions during my stay, they answered the phone straight away. Probably the best villa I’ve ever stayed in.
This is the perfect spot if you want to stay in a non touristic location, but strategically placed to reach many of the touristic spots. Sarno and the neighborhood has a lot of nice restaurants with non tourist pricing.
The location with the breathtaking views is very romantic. There were a car with different couples almost every sunset at the drive towards the house :-)
The garden with the pool is just superb.
Very warm welcome from the hosts were waiting us on arrival.
Highly recommended!
I can't thank Tania and Tiziana enough for letting us stay in their beautiful villa. It's location in the hills above Sarno give it the most spectacular views over the gulf of Naples while the town centre is only 15 min drive away where there are plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and anything else you'd need. Despite the attraction of naples, pompeii, vesuvious and the amalfi coast it was a struggle some days to leave the amazing pool. Many thanks again
The villa is full of character with a fantastic view! It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of places to sit, the pool is fantastic. Communication with the sisters is easy and they are very accommodating. We asked if we could drop our cases because we were early, and they arranged early check-in, just perfect!
The village of Sarno has everything you need. A car is needed as nothing is within walking distance, but all the tourist attractions and gorgeous towns are easy to travel to. A wonderful villa for a lovely holiday.

It was a real pleasure to meet you and host you, Mandie. You have also been kind, discreet, and respectful guests, and we were happy to get to know you. Please visit us again, it would truly make us happy.
Lovely Villa, Amazing Pool and Views were spectacular!
Very large Villa, 4 large bedrooms, well stocked kitchen in terms of appliances and utensils.
Pool was the best pool we have ever had - very big with deep end and diving board which provided great entertainment and fun!
Amazing views of mountains, Mount Vesuvius is clear and could even see as far as Pompeii!
100% need a car, nothing in walking distance. Sarno has decent supermarkets and a few nice restaurants.
Recommend visiting Pompei and Sorrento (and pop over to Capri whilst in Sorrento).
Hosts were super helpful whenever we had any questions - very responsive.
We had the most wonderful week in Sarno.
Good communication with owners ahead of our trip and we were made so very welcome by Tiziana and Tania on arrival with the most delicious lemon cakes.
An incredible property with stunning views of Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii. A great base to explore all the local attractions: a boat ride to Capri is a must.
The outside area was fantastic with comfortable loungers and shade for when it was hot. The pool was so beautifully clean and a lovely temperature to swim in. The gardener and his wife showed us how to use the pizza oven outside and helped us with our pizza dough disaster! So very kind.
We had the best time and hope to return one day.
Memories created in the most wonderful place that we will remember forever.
After spending a week in the northern part of Italy (Lago di Como) we needed some time to adjust to the atmosphere in the house, Sarno and suroundings.
It was a good stay in this spacious summer house with a magnificent view.
Every day we enjoyed the huge swimming pool and the large table on the porch.
All nights we had a perfect sleep due to the silence, airconditioning and good beds and linnen. Also the towels were of good quality and size.
During our week we visited Salerno, Vesuvio, Pompeii, Amalfi coast, Napoli and also had some dinners in Sarno. All within an hour driving from the house.
The reception by Tania upon our arrival was OK. The help from Tiziana through Whatsapp with all sorts of questions was perfect.
For future guests convenience it is highly recommended to update all three bathrooms.

Thank you Gosling for your review and also for being so clear in recommending what to improve - we will take your recommendations very seriously.
We finally figured out why we weren't getting top marks in the Dutch guest reviews, which we were very sorry about.
Our villa is now half a century old. It is a very large structure, which requires continuous maintenance and we provide it promptly.
The Italian culture, however, has taught us that period objects have a value and for this reason, even when we deal with maintenance, we try to preserve the original characters as much as possible.
Our bathrooms were built in the late seventies and still retain all their original parts. For example, they have the bathroom fixtures of the "Conca" series of "Ideal Standard", now out of production and which would cost a fortune if you wanted to buy them back ... and if you replace them with new ones, they would lose their historicity.
But, of course, the perception you had (and probably of the other very welcome Dutch guests) is not to be underestimated.
Therefore, in the next maintenance, we will try to find a middle ground, between our desire to preserve the authenticity and history of our home, giving an authentic experience to our guests, and the legitimate need for a guest, accustomed to modernity. .
We hope to see you again, together with your beautiful family and, who knows, next time, maybe, we will deserve five stars.
Sincerely
The Four Sisters
The views from the villa are spectacular, the pool is amazing and Sarno is an energetic walk away. Most of the the care shown by our hosts was exceptional and they took care of our every query or need Thank you Tiziana You were amazing and we loved our stay with you

Lynn, cheerful, energetic, positive, and her sister Coral are a terrific couple. With exceptional communication skills, Lynn even managed to talk to our 80-year-old aunt, who doesn't understand any English. They stayed for 21 days in our villa, leaving it in perfect condition.
They were more than guests, we would dare to say, two friends, whom we would host again with great pleasure.
Thank you
The four sisters
A beautiful villa with amazing views and an epic pool
When we arrived at the villa we were touched by the warm family welcome we received. The local lemon cake they brought us was delicious. Our daughters, both keen swimmers, have spent most of their time in what is the biggest pool of any villa we have ever stayed in. The diving board gave hours of fun. We have lived in the outside area, which is perfect. In Sarno, the Conrad has everything you will need and we can recommend Trattoria O Romano, a friendly local restaurant. On check out day, they kindly let us stay late so we could enjoy the pool on our last day. Would highly recommend this Villa, we have had a brilliant holiday.

Response from VrboOwner on 6 March 2020
Outgoing person with a sunny disposition, Julie, together with her husband Paul and their two beautiful teen daughters, was a guest in our home for nine days. During this period she did not give us the slightest problem, merely contacting us only to arrange check-out. Very respectful of the places and of our rules, she left the house in perfect condition, even taking care to feed the cat that lives in our garden,
We really appreciated the detailed message she left on our guest book, with valuable information for future guests. We highly recommend Julie and her family to all hosts of the community.
