To get to your new home you will only have to walk along Avenida del Mar for three minutes and climb five steps, what is it fabulous?, especially if you arrive exhausted from enjoying the beach, have you seen the photographs?, THE HOUSE IS ON THE BEACH!, next to the access ramp to the sea. You will be in a privileged place, in an authentic neighborhood, from which you will not want to move. Walking through the neighborhood you will find terraces to have a good fried fish, tapas, beer, mojitos, a supermarket, a good bakery, local shops and pharmacy, you will forget the car! So when you get to Melenara, park in the free parking area next to Avenida del Mar, in front of the beach, and forget about the car until you return home, I promise you will have forgotten how to drive. And if you have drinks on the terraces of Avenida del Mar, in three minutes walking along Avenida del Mar you arrive at the house, what is luck?, I give to your health! SUN, SEA AND MOJITOS !!!, What more can you ask of LIFE?!
