Cozy and quiet villa, 1.5 km walking distance to the town

Villa Ca'n Vilanova, is located only 1.5 km from the town of Pollensa, easily accessible on foot. Its situation is very quiet since it is at the end of a small road. The house is rustic Mallorcan style with white walls and terrazo floors, consists of a living room with open kitchen and equipped with sofas, satellite TV, DVD, table and chairs, with all the comforts for a family holiday.

The kitchen also has all the basic utensils, dishwasher and washing machine.
They complete their facilities, a bedroom with a large double bed and a double bedroom with 2 single beds.The bathroom is fully equiped with a countertop wash basin, bidet, wc, and bathtub.

Outside there is a covered terrace to enjoy an outdoor dinner, barbecue and a large 8 x 4 meter pool equipped with sunbeds.

Next to the pool there is a garden area, with grass and native plants.

Secluded villa with lovely pool - walkable to Pollenca

Great property with lovely pool and covered outside space - useful during the thunderstorms! Really clean and with good amounts of kitchenware and crockery. About 20min walk to Pollenca centre for good choice of restaurants.

Quiet secluded stay

This villa is off the beaten track but close enough to shops lidl, town centre and beach areas. Car needed. Garden and swim area secluded with no one passing by. Villa itself is clean and has everything needed for your stay. Maybe a pair of scissors and cool bag with ice packs would be a good addition. Overall 9/10 loved our stay, thank you Maria

Lovely Villa

The villa was in a brilliant location, clean and very well equipped. We arrived very late and found it difficult to find in the dark, but after a phone call to our host she came to our help despite having to get out of bed! To be fair the key box is easy to find and instructions good. If you get a hire car, don’t get anything too big as entrance quite tight! Pollenca 5 minutes in car, Port. Pollenca 10minutes. Overall experience excellent.

Schöner Familienurlaub in Pollenca

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus. Gemeinsam mit unserem 2jährigem Sohn haben wir eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht, indem alles wie beschrieben vorzufinden war. Die gemütliche Einrichtung und der liebevoll angelegte und gepflegte Garten haben uns ein schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin ging per WhatsApp jederzeit problemlos. Sie hat uns sofort geholfen und Fragen beantwortet (und falls nötig ist sie auch vorbei gekommen). Die Umgebung ist ruhig, man ist mit dem Auto aber schnell am Strand und andere Städte sind auch gut zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Finca liegt ruhig etwas außerhalb vom Ort Pollenca. Die Außenanlage und Pool sind traumhaft schön. In der Finca selber ist alles vorhanden. Konnten hier eine entspannte Urlaubswoche verbringen

Das Haus ist top gepflegt und sehr, sehr sauber! Schöner Pool, nettes Grundstück und absolute Ruhe zum entspannen. Pollença ist in 20 min fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und kümmern sich selber um Garten, Pool und Hausreinigung. Auch der Kontakt mit der Agentur lief zügig und freundlich ab. Rundum ein schönes Urlaubsdomizil.

Perfekter Fincaurlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen Fincaurlaub in der"Villa can Villanova" verlebt. Die Finca ist komfortabel eingerichtet, liegt ruhig in fussläufiger Entfernung zu Pollenca . Vor allem die schöne Aussenanlage mit gut gepflegtem Pool lud zu erholsamen Stunden ein.

Peaceful home in the sun.

Beautiful property in a very peaceful location, ideally situated quite close to Pollensa town and just a short drive to both Puerto Pollensa and Calle san Vicente.

Einfach nur ruhig und erholsam! Tolle Gegend! Tolle Finca ideal zum ausspannen und nichts tun!

Absolut wie beschrieben! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße man hört nur die Vögel vor sich her singen! Alles sehr sauber schön eingerichtet und rein gar nicht „verlebt“ in diesem Haus kann man einfach die Seele baumeln lassen, toller Garten, toller Pool den ganzen Tag Sonne von morgens bis abends genug liege Fläche um die Sonne zu genießen und die herrliche Ruhe... Maria sehr sehr nett, der Eigentümer bot sich an den Pool zu reinigen was aber nicht nötig war...wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen und würden gerne ein weiteres Mal zu Besuch kommen. This villa was excellent, privacy and space but at the same time only 15 minute walk into pollensa so perfect for us. Will definitely book to stay again....a very relaxing couple of weeks and very sad to be leaving.

Maginificant stay in Pollensa

The villa got everything we needed and more! We vere ver y pleasetd about the location, only 10 min walk from Pollensa. The villa are just fantastisc. Buatifuel garden and pool aerea. Well maintained clean and tidy, and the owner cam once a week to check pool, garden and did remove leaves and maintained the property.
