Our living room/dining room combination includes entertainment center with TV, and beautifully mirrored wall..

The kitchen features beautiful counter tops, new appliances, custom cabinets, breakfast bar, stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, washer/dryer, full linens, etc. We have added many personal touches and items. Your every need has been anticipated.

Unit has a beautifully decorated master bedroom with a king-size bed, flat screen TV, large lighted walk-in closet, and spacious master bath with the second bedroom features 2-full size beds, flat screen TV/DVD and full bath.

Surfside also provides open and covered decking with picnic tables on the beach where you can watch gorgeous and romantic sunsets while you sip your afternoon beverage. Or you can enjoy watching the playful dolphins and/or watch the interesting tourists walking an basking on what is ranked as one of the to most beautiful beaches in the world.

We welcome you to share in our home-away-from-home as your home-away-from-home. We have prepared it for those who want the very best!!!

Our awesome condo is a 'NON-SMOKING/NON-PET' unit and our association policy prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25 years old.

Highly recommend this property. This is one of few condos that has been maintained properly, nice bath towels (not the cheap white ones), kitchen well stocked with everything you need (even spices) and the ocean view was amazing! The check in-out process was so easy. I definitely will be back next year!

With personal back issues at the moment, I was delighted finding 3 LazyBoy recliners available to help me sleep. Very clean. Ian ice maker in fridge would’ve been nice but ice machine sales downstairs served the ice issue. Plan to stay again when we return. September was good cooler weather. Great place to stay.

Miramar get away.

Another couple went with us to Miramar beach to get some much needed time away and have some beach time. We really enjoyed our time there and the process from arrival to departure was easy and very enjoyable.

Great Beach Experience

We had a great stay in Miramar Beach. We did not anticipate all the traffic and the volume of tourism in this location. As long as we didn’t have to drive we were good. Parking a car was quite challenging because of the limited parking spaces.

We love this building and location.

This is my husband and I’s 3rd year in Destin and at this location. Its such a great location, private beach and then just a quick 10-15min drive down to all the restaurants/harbor. Condo was decorated so cute with great kitchen, appliances and everything we needed. Would recommend to everyone and cant wait to come back next summer.

We have been visiting the Destin area for over 20 years and Surfside has always been our favorite place to stay. It is only a few steps from the beach, close to shopping, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and activities. The resort has always been kept in pristine condition and is a family friendly vacation destination.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is a warm, inviting beach resort. The condo has a spacious living area for guests to gather watch TV, play games, and just spend time together. The building has interior, air conditioned hallways, a wonderful restaurant, on-site spa, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, shuffleboard, large pool, hot tubs, kiddie pool, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and covered parking. Surfside is so conveniently located to all the activities that Destin has to offer, even offering a private beach just steps outside the door.
